A beautiful cafe with very delicious food and some awesome music. They have an outdoor seating as well offering good views of the Nainital Lake & Mall Road. The decor is lovely and there is a very cool mezzanine level seating. Loved the overall vibe of the place. Tried their waffles, cheesecake and Americano. All of them were top notch!Recommend it wholeheartedly! For good food and good vibe!

As you enter the place you are welcome by a magnificent setting of large windows, stone finish walls and above all the warm smile of the staff. All tables have been designed with stones and dried leaves from the area and created by an in-house team.Sitting at any table you have breathtaking views. The menu offers a wide variety of mouth-watering dishes. We had the Pot Roast Chicken, Beetroot and Feta salad, Ginger Chicken, Moussaka, Farm Veggies Pizza, Pepperoni Pizza, Alfredo Pasta, Bacon ham caramelised onion Himalayan Gouda sandwich...phew...that was a lot of food. Everything was exquisite. The main course was followed by Pancakes which really thrilled us all. All the preparations were fresh and the dishes had the warmth of home-made food. Some of the ingredients were homegrown too. So, if you are in the area, I highly recommend Cafe In The Woods, a place where flavour inebriates you.Thank you for such a kind review. Great cafe with great food and staff. Neeraj bhaiya was the best and eager to help us out in moving around in Mukteshwar. Alok was a great host with an amazing playlist that brightens up anyoneâs dull day. A must visit for anyone in that area.

Nirvana means a heavenly abode where you get to eat all the chocolate ice cream on your favourite Brownie you want while listening to music in the nature.Best place to have chicken thukpa in Nainital.Its a place where you could have best of the meals in the lap of the nature n yes one more thing which makes me to come here again n again is the flute player. He plays tunes from the pahari region n you just forget everything behind,so close to the nature. Luckily I alos get an opportunity to buy organic products like apricot chutney,plum jam ,ragi flour,honey and bhang namak. All yum n tasty Thanks for your love and encouragement Nandini.We (including Haria,our flute player) promise you to give your piece of Nirvana every time you visit us.Thanks once again.

One wanders into Nainitaal and the mall road hustle deters from the scenic beauty all around. But a little drive away and one is reconnected. The beautiful Prasada Estate awaits with its sublime views and a gorgeous heritage house. Discovering Cafe Chica has changed our perception of Nainitaal. The best of Nainitaal old world life style. Food was superb as was the hospitality extended by the manager, Mrs. Aleem. The dishes we tried were par excellence. We tried pizza, the roast chicken and 2 excellent soup preparations... Carrot tomato and chicken noodle. All excellent. The chicken cheese croissant was fresh, flavourful. French fries were like mom makes it. The grand finale was Xmas cake with custard and their speciality apple crumble. And let's not forget the setting of a gorgeous heritage home, the dining hall was quaint, full of history, warmed beautifully with a gas heater.Kudos to the restaurant team, hoping to come back soon, and to stay as a hotel resident too this time. :)Thank you for coming to our little gem tucked away in a quiet corner of Nainital - we like it quiet so that guests like you can enjoy the sounds of nature as they enjoy a home cooked meal. Has a lovely decor , next to lake, comes with some good books to read , has a lovely english menu not the local stuff , tadd expensive if compared to restaurants around but delivers the taste undoubtedly. We are a sour dough thin pizza with bacon and salami , chicken burger and some lovely homemade lemonade ,over all good place to try with taste but a bit expensive.

The staff is helpful even the sitting area is very pleasant. lake facing. My sister was craving for bannoffe pie and they were out of it, but somehow they specially arranged it for me. i love the place and staff here.hey thank you so much for your wonderful review ..we are always happy to help and wish to do the same in the coming time for our very dear guests ...do try the north house , a boutique addition made to the property for travellers looking for accomodation on their way to Kumaon region. regards once again

Being in the hills and not indulge in local cuisine is a crime. On our second day of our trip, we decided to try our hand at the local cuisine and boy-o-boy we were thrilled with non-veg preparations...I mean the local ingredients/ spices they made the food so flavorsome that was hard to find otherwise in the plains.Folks, do not miss this one at any cost - I suggest, a lunch would be ideal...stuff your self and then walk it down to your hotel...I would recommend a full course here (starters - local fritters, mains - a mix of both veg & non-veg (only local delicacies please) and dessert - local sweetish.we just asked the waiter to serve us the best they have and strictly went by his recommendations.Bon Appetite!

Yummy food, that you'll never regret trying out during your stay in the hills! The magical view, amazing aromas and beautiful setting combined with the deliciously prepared food in the most traditional way possible - is a once in a lifetime experience. So, please make sure to visit this Cafe (only on reservation) when you're in Bhimtal the next time.
