I havenât actually eaten in the restaurant but we regularly order takeaways from Cafe Bangla so felt I should leave them a review. I cannot recommend them enough, we always receive wonderful service every time. The food is always delicious, hot and delivered within the time stated. The staff on the phone and delivery staff are always so pleasant we wouldnât go anywhere else. Thank you Cafe Bangla!!!!

Ordered food today via the online option as the restaurant wasnât open. We received texts and an email to confirm the order and collection time. They do not deliver to Wellingborough, but do offer a delivery service to customers more local to them. My husband left to collect and was home in no time. The food was hot, delicious and plentiful. We have had food from Eastern Spice on many occasions and will continue to do so as this is our favourite Indian food takeaway/restaurant

Ordered a takeaway. Quick delivery. The dish was very disappointing! The chicken slices even in the sauce were dry! They were not chicken breast and tasted like processed chicken. Would I use again, no!Thank you very much for your review. I Would like to apologise for the poor quality food that you say you had. Please be assure that we only use 100% fresh chicken breast and not processed chicken. I could understand that sometime something could go wrong even the best chefs food is not always the same, mistake happens and therefore I am extremely sorry. I would really like to look in to this and get to the root of what happened and why and for that i would need to know your address and name so I could find your order, please give us a call and ask for the manager or email us with your details so we could in touch with you and rectify this. Really enjoyed our visit here. The restaurant looks recently renovated, bar at the entrance with seating area, dining area is cosy and well appointed.Service we found attentive and professional. The food was very good, we had four different curries and they all tasted really good. For a small restaurant the menu is extensive.Will certainly be returning

We ordered a takeaway from here recently to collect and were filled with high expectations judging by the delicious smells emulating from the open kitchen.... but sadly Upon tucking in we felt underwhelmed...It was all âokâ and âacceptableâ but nothing stood out as spectacular.We had a variety of starters all which had a very similar and sadly rather bland flavour to them. The tandoori mixed grill was ok - the naan bread , again ok. The popadoms were nice and crisp and fresh tasting but the accompanying chutneys were in very small containers and ran out way before the popadoms did.Overall our takeaway was âalrightâ but there are better places out there which is sad as this is so close to home.

3rd takeaway in recent times delivered a couple of days ago.Friendly , versatile, generous, punctual and worth every penny....opted for 2 mushroom rice 2 curries, chapati , naan, Tarka Dahl , simply more came, tasters of Bombay pots and bhaji's complimentary which were delicious , I personally rate Indian takeaways on the quality of their Tarka Dahl and it was excellent, perfectly seasoned and not too runny or thick but very flavoursome, I had the Vindaloo with an egg in which they kindly did on request for me.... a strong but tasty heat soft juicy chicken... spot on and inoffensive to the palate if you like spice I highly recommend it.. my partner had the Garlic chilli chicken Bhuna which she thoroughly enjoyed. Good value for money, delicious food and friendly reliable service...highly recommend
