Went here for my wifeâs 30th birthday for brunch. We were a party of 6 adults and one baby (in her push chair). The staff seemed slightly âannoyedâ we had turned up. There were only about 5/6 other diners there... the staff were rude and slightly aggressive. My wife retuned here smoothly as it was so sour it was undrinkable. We asked our waitress to try it. She did, and agreed, but said we will still have to pay for it. In a nutshell.. overpriced and rude staff. Just go to Ascot grill opposite them. At least they smile!

We have been meaning to try Eliane for a while - it's a mini Ottolenghi and a fantastic healthy option. The salad selection is delicious; we had pea and mint crush, a sort of lentil dahl, green beans, sweet potato and more. The all day breakfasts are also great; avocado, salmon and poached eggs plus the Eliane breakfast with amazing scrambled eggs. The only thing I'd question is the price of the smoothies, as at £6 each that adds up for a family of four. We will return but will stick to water.We are delighted that you have visited us at our Sunningdale branch and thank you for your great comments.. We pride ourselves in providing delicious and imaginative dishes that are wholesome and healthy using only the highest quality ingredients... With this in mind we believe that our freshly made juices and smoothies are competively priced as we use locally sourced and organic ingredients... This was a lovely place to eat. We had a table for about 8 of us booked, it was a little cramped but didnât detract from the enjoyment of the restaurant. A lovely lady looked after us, I had mozzarella and Parma ham for starter which was lovely and sea bass for my main, thoroughly enjoyed both. We finished with a chocolate dessert which was to die for.All in all, very nice restaurant, good service and would recommend.

We went as a family with two small children for dinner tonight. We first sat out in the garden, which is great for children. However, smoking is allowed everywhere, including the area next to the little playground, and the table next to us was occupied by smokers. So we decided to move inside for eating. The food was fine but there was no service. The staff who brought the food never came back to check if everything was ok. We were not offered any sauces so i had to get up and find someone I could ask for ketchup. Then again for a small spoon for children to eat. At the end someone came to ask if we had finished, and he then cleared the table without a smile or without asking if we enjoyed the meal/ if everything was alright etc. Lovely premises, great for families and small children (nice baby changing in the womenâs bathroom) but completely let down by the lack of service. We cannot recommend and wonât be back until management decide to start training their staff. Thank you, Cathrin for taking the time to leave a response and especially for bringing up the issue of smoking in the garden. Unfortunately, this is a difficult one for us as we cannot stop people smoking or vaping outside. We do rely on smokers being mindful of non smokers and especially not smoking near the children's play area and we have not had any issues up until a few weeks back. We have tried to move some tables away from the play area but they get moved back. We have also taken the ashtrays from some of the closest tables but the cigarette butts often then end up on the grass. We are trying to work out a solution and can only apologise whilst this continues to be a work in progress.The sauces should have been in the baskets we provide outside with your cutlery and serviettes and our apologies if they were missing. The serving staff have been spoken to to ensure they are always refilled. As for the person not checking in on you our apologies. This is certainly not the normal level of service we provide and we do hope you will consider giving us another try.

My son and I came here on Wed 19th June 2019 for Royal Ascot - managed to get the last 2 places inside - both enjoyed a breakfast sandwich - very tasty and reasonably priced - the staff were brilliant and service with a smile. we will always use this place when in Ascot.
