Perfect place for staying in Trieste

Located close to the center of Trieste from which all destinations in downtown Trieste are in walking distance (including a parking area). Welcome was very friendly and helpful. From my point of view, Residence Theresia can hardly be topped.

Reviewed By HuSanNiangIt was our 04th trip to Trieste and this time we went to this residence. Good location to see the city, garage is available on request, great host , good breakfast, just the quality of the beds were not the best and to use the narrow bath was tricky.

Ritter's Rooms&Apartments is an elegant building in the historical pedestrian neighborhood of Cavana, pedestrian centre in the heart of Triest, one minute by foot from Piazza dell’Unità d’Italia. Ritter's has seven apartments and two rooms. The spaces are elegant and modern, with parqueted floors, air conditioning with thermostat for every room, private bathroom with shower, living room/eating area with flat screen LED TV and Wi-fi connection. All the apartments have an equipped kitchen. The areas are ample and bright, and overlook the main square and its characteristic narrow streets. Cavana is a chic neighborhood with a bohemian atmosphere. Here you will find pubs, wineries, bars, restaurants, and artisans who will help you discover the thousand facets of the city, two steps away from all of its major attractions.

Reviewed By Ulrik PA beautiful and modern appartment, right next to the central square. Aircondition works well, independent per room. Good kitchen and utensils. Good beds, nice bathroom. I.e. highly recommended. Located in pedestrian area which leads to a bit of noise, but windows are very noise reducing so not an issue! We stayed at the third floor, appt 8. To find, first find Adoro Cafe; the entrance is right next to the cafe. Ring top apartment to get in contact with renters. Note: Discount on parking used when leaving, vouchure in appartment. Located in pedestrian area, requiring 2 min walk to carry luggage if you can drop your party off on the way to the central parking area, 5 min further away. Minor issue: Chairs in sitting room are very flexible and low. Works fine for shorter periods when eating.

Un bell'appartamento!
Reviewed By iPulcinelliAppartamento nuovo, pulito, grande, ben arredato. Bagno grande e completo di tutto il necessario. Asciugamani e lenzuola pulite. Location eccezionale, a pochi passi dal centro e comoda per poter parcheggiare la macchina sulle strisce blu intorno l'ospedale. Prezzo medio alto, ma ottimo!

Perfect stay in Triest
Reviewed By Sabina HThe booking process was super easy, the receptionist was very friendly. The apartment was clean and cosy. The location is brilliant for a stay in Triest. We stayed there with our dog. There are many stairs to the top floor and no elevator. So if you or travel companion can't master a narrow staircase we would recommend the ground floor.

Reviewed By German_VisitorrThe room was not in the Mainhause - well this could be only an advantage because of such thin paper Walls. It was a room in normal living house. The heating will start at 5 o clock in the evening - this is absolute senseless, because it takes a lot more engery to heat up the room about 10 degrees instead to keep it well temperatured. So someone tries to save some money and you as guest have to stay in a coold room. Death Insekts and cowebs are present, the furiniture looks a bit as it had been survied its best times. It seems the coat of arms on the floor was more important. Well, the house itself was an old house with his charme, but this charme wont´be used in any kind, paired without any kind of knowledge how to run a hotel in a good way. At the evening the heating does not work - power failure - room dark, heating not working. Neighbour found the fuse and the lights turned on, but the heating keeps coold. One Time informed the serivce - puted on the heating again. At evening - service was away - as the same issue - lights out - heating out - so heating keeps out of service the whole night. So freezing at night - the last time i had this issue in my army times - but never in a place i paid for. Only advante: We had warm water to take a shower. Never ever again, never book this place to save money - they should be ashame, i spent one night in a germany barrack which has been used as hostel (red bricks building) after my army time. This had been cost only 30% from this mess and was compared to this a 5 Star Palace . Never ever again -

Situato a 2 km dalla spiaggia di Lanterna e a 600 m dal Castello di San Giusto a Trieste, il Residence Garibaldi offre sistemazioni con Wi-Fi gratuito e area salotto. Tutte le unità sono dotate di aria condizionata, TV a schermo piatto, soggiorno con divano, cucina ben attrezzata con zona pranzo e bagno privato con bidet, asciugacapelli e set di cortesia. A disposizione anche una lavastoviglie, un forno a microonde, un frigorifero e un bollitore.

Reviewed By matteoa2014Abbiamo prenotato con largo anticipo tre appartamenti al Residence Garibaldi, per il periodo 23-25 Aprile ma, qualche giorno prima della partenza alcuni di noi erano in isolamento Covid, con febbre a altri sintomi. Abbiamo quindi deciso di cancellare la prenotazione la sera del 20 Aprile sicuri (tutti e 6 gli adulti del gruppo) che il termine delle 00.00 del 20 Aprile, fissato per la cancellazione gratuita, dovesse intendersi come la mezzanotte del 20. Ci é stato invece addebitato praticamente l'intero costo del soggiorno (727 euro su tre camere che, visto il periodo, il residence ha sicuramente riaffittato), con la motivazione che il termine, così come scritto, doveva intendersi come le 23,59 del 19 Aprile. Li abbiamo chiamati ma non hanno sentito ragioni, ci hanno detto di mandare una mail con "proposte" alternative (buono per altra data, pagamento di una sola parte del costo) ma, trascorsi 14 giorni dalla mia mail, non hanno neppure mai risposto; Gli ho fatto notare che la dicitura sul contratto era volutamente fuorviante (le 00.00 del giorno 20), e per tutta risposta, sul sito di Booking il contratto é stato cambiato, e ora indica le 23.59 del giorno ultimo. Di fatto, attenzione per i clienti pari a zero, ma per i soldi (i nostri).... attenzione massima. Da romagnolo, per cui l'accoglienza turistica é un'arte, veramente pessimi... L'unica soddisfazione é che, ora che li abbiamo costretti a modificare l'orario ultimo di cancellazione in modo che non sia più volutamente ingannevole, non potranno più "sfilare" soldi così facilmente

B&B vicino al centro ed ambiente accogliente
Reviewed By Juri BHo soggiornato una notte al B&B e mi sento di consigliarlo sia per la sua posizione vicino al centro città (personalmente mi sono spostato sempre a piedi, ma ci sono anche bus per fare il percorso) sia per l'ottima accoglienza della Signora Fiorenza! La titolare è davvero molto disponibile sia per qualsiasi esigenza di soggiorno sia per dare informazioni sulle varie possibilità di Trieste :)
