Restaurant Lovac is found in Ulcinj near Big Beach, 250 meters away from the seaside, in a parcel of 6000m2. A pleasant environment, a yard surrounded by greenery as well as the private parking is what atracts our guests at once. Restaurant Lovac and the family HASIC have an almost 100 years tradition in restaurant and hotel management (from the year 1928). The restaurant offers local, regional and international specialities, different fish specialities and other services. In the same parcel is found vila Lovac Azurina that has 16 apartments with 2, 3 or 4 beds, as well as the bungalow that is ideal for a 8 member family (or two smaller families that together make 8 or 9 members). All the rooms have toilets, air condition, TV, refrigerator, TV with satellite programs, wireless internet and the majority of the rooms have balconies. Professional personnel and top-quality services are some of the reasons that you will visit us again. WELCOME Family HASIC

Reviewed By Nina SWe loved our stay at this Villa. Especially the private beach - it was the best in Ulcinj - quiet and with the view on a rock in the sea. And also hosts were so friendly! They've tried to make our stay as comfortable as it could be: the oven in our apartment didn't work properly, so, George went to town and bought a new one; my husband had a tooth ache one day and the hosts contacted their friend dentist who cured the tooth for the reasonable price. They've ordered taxi for us when needed, they've let us stay on their veranda as long as we wanted when there were problems with internet and Vera made us the tastiest coffee with ice cream:) After a while we've decided to prolong our paradise stay in Montenegro, changed the tickets and Vera with George provided us with even better apartment for the same price. We felt so welcomed at 'Anastasija' and we surely recommend everyone to spend their vacation here. Guests of the villa are also adequate and polite.

Everything was perfect!
Reviewed By becky85-1235478Fabulously nice and helpful staff. Clean comfortable rooms. The family who run Guest House Vera are just the nicest people ever! They greeted us warmly and made us fresh coffee on arrival. The next morning when we were making our own coffee for breakfast they shared some cheese and homemade jam & donuts as well. The market across the street is great too.

Lack of interest
Reviewed By alexbucLack of interest for their own rooms. Although the villa and the rooms looks nice, at second glance there are a lot of little issues that might ruine your stay. The toilet seat was missing. The kitchen door cabinet fell on my head - it only had one hinge. The fridge was melted on top. All the drawers from kitchen, nightstands, wardrobe worked really hard. Some handles were missing. The wardrobe didn't have shelves. Only hangers. Even the main door had to be power-pushed as it was leaning on the floor. Big mess on the main alley to the entrance as it were cables everywhere and pieces of glass nobody cleaned. I asked for invoice or a receipt for the money I paid and they didnt provide any during our 3 days staying... The printer isn't working... The laptop isn't working... My husband isn't here... You will find it in your room...

Reviewed By Алексей ГСамый худший номер из 5 мест где мы останавливались в Черногории, в ванной висит электрический провод, вид на стройку, неровная штукатурка стен, белье застиранное, никакой звукоизоляции если ночью шумные соседи будут сидеть в коридоре за столом, поспать вам не удастся. Это не аппартаменты, а скорее хостел, плита и стол(кухня) в общем коридоре, чтобы остановиться на одну ночь переночевать еще пойдйдет. Стоянка для авто на улице в ста метрах, вай-фай слабый. Удивляюсь положительным отзывам на букинге, скорее всего люди рады дешевизне, если бы знал про эти минусы лучше бы заплатил больше и остановился в другом месте.
