Thiis museum is small but full of interesting items mainly sourced from the local area. The museum is funded mainly by visitors and supporters with its main attraction, dinosaur eggs, being found by the mother and sister of their chief paleontologist Prof. Octavio Mateus, whose father was previously the curator there. The staff there are all passionate about their work and guided tour is well worth it.

Ripar Surf School, founded in the year 2001, has the aim to teach its students the basics of the sport and at the same time to convey the philosophy and the life style of Surfing. We offer surf courses, equipment renting, SUP lessons and tours, Yoga sessions and Shiatsu massages. For us, the best surfer in the water is the one having most fun!

At the Dino Parque you can find activities for all ages, a pic-nic area and a restaurant.

Just visit the recently open Dino Park, is a really enjoyable experience, were we can experience real size dinosaurs from the different times and areas. The all experience will take you around 2.30h and is about 2.5Km. Plenty of areas to eat, a nice shop....MoreThank you for your comment, which we highly appreciate. This beautiful and true Gothic temple and still functional church was built in the mid 14th century on the site of where an ancient Moorish fort once stood. Simple in its appearance, it was declared a national monument in 1922. It is located on a hill, offering beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and the village of Lourinhã. Next to the temple is the Lourinha cemetery, containing some old mausoleums. Well worth a stroll up the hill to have a look if you are in the area. The temple is open to the public Wednesdays to Sundays from 15:00 - 17:00h.

Paimogo is an amazingly beautiful and quiet beach. The water is calm and great for swimming, if you don't mind it a bit cold. A great walk from Praia da Areia Branca.

Il mulino è un bel mulino a vento ottocentesco. Quel che lo caratterizza è che adesso è sede non solo di visite guidate ma anche di possibilità di spuntini. Però, visto il prezzo elevato ci si può anche limitare al minimo della visita.
