Bebek Sinjay located at Ketengan Street, Bangkalan, Madura Island. About 1 hour from Surabaya via Suramadu Bridge. This restaurant has only 1 menu, it is fried duck, that are very delicious and famous and categorized as must visit restaurant around East Java.

Amboina restaurant now split into two branches. one called Gang Amboina, others are still located in the same place named Amboina bersaudara restaurant.
The taste remains tasty and the price is cheaper and it more friendly service in Gang Amboina.
The menu still revolves around the "nasi campur" and there are also famous Amboina "rawon" with very soft flesh. worth to try. one of the restaurants that should be visited in Bangkalan it stand for decades and still maintaining their originality.

Even though not as famous as Bebek Sinjay, this restaurant over more variuos disches than just crispy fried duck. Gurame bakar with sambal pencit is one of my favorite here.
And don’t forget the speciality drink of this restaurant: Es Ole-olang, very special refreshment.
Note: just next door of Bebek Sinjay, it only takes a minute walk from the Sinjay’s parking lot.

Saya ke restoran ini cuma membeli minuman dinginnya. Restorannya agak luas. tidak ada AC. pelayannya ramah. Di sebelah ada toko souvenir yang menjual beragam batik madura dan pernak-pernik oleh-oleh khas madura dan surabaya. setelah makan bisa beli oleh-oleh

Depot bebek ini tidak terlalu besar .Menu bebek kremesnya lezat dan empuk...bumbu meresap ke dalam daging bebek...es jeruknya segaar...Harga pantas ...Sayang saat ke sana jam 13.00 minggusiang... bebek kremesnya tinggal 3 ayam 1 dan menu lain habis semua ...Tinggal bebek kobong aja

This restaurant served original Madura dishes. Nasi bebek songkem kukus is the most favorite menu, braised duck which is slowly cooked with special herbs, spices and ingredients. They also has special mango souce in almost every dishes.

One of the best duck in entire region of Bangkalan, super spicy Everything is so perfect except unpleasant experience with the seller, they are so U-G-H-H
The price is rp. 25.000, and you are not allowed to bring home this ducks without rice (ga boleh bungkus bebeknya doang)
