From the ferry terminal it’s three kilometres to picnic bay and six kilometres to Horseshoe Bay, the buses do a continuous loop that coincides with the ferries coming in. It’s the quickest and cheapest way to travel around the island. The buses are clean and the drivers excellent.

Best and most convenient way from Gold Coast to Brisbane airport, I have done this about 6 times, although a bit pricey it’s always in time and very efficient , I booked and paid on line and it was a simple scan of my phone and I was away. Toilet on the train so no worries they do have free wifi but as I found out it’s very light and lasts about 15 mins. I travel from Nerang to International or Domestic and returning.
