We decided last minute to go out for lunch while visiting my parents. We hadn't booked but we were given a table for a couple of hours which suited us. We used to live locally about 10 years ago and this place has changed dramatically. It is warm, modern and I love open kitchens. The menu is so varied and they could cater very easily for mine and my dads food intolerances. All the soups are vegan and mine was delicious. My dad opted for halloumi kebabs but as he has a wheat intolerance he didn't want the wraps bit these were replaced with chips. I wasn't particularly hungry so I opted for the calamari starter as my main course. The portion was generous and the calamari was tender. My mum loved her vegetarian falafel dish which came with a stew, flat bread, cous cous and houmous. It was a really generous size. My husband enjoyed his turkey roast dinner but he did say the goats cheese starter with onions and beetroot was one of the best goats cheese starters he had. My daughter was given a little kit of activities and colouring to keep her occupied. She loved her chicken goujons and chips, she actually finished all her chicken and found room for a chocolate brownie with ice cream. My parents really enjoyed the food and they said they will pop back in the next few weeks. The service was impeccable throughout the meal. The restaurant reopened at Christmas 2015 following a change of ownership and a total revamp. The reviews I have read are out of date and do not reflect our recent visit. We took our daughter and grandson for dinner recently and throughly enjoyed our meal. The lamb shank was lovely and tender the lasagna to be recommended and the chicken with peppercorn sauce also delicious. As it has just reopened the restaurant was quiet, but that didn't bother us as we were able to talk and hear each other.

My partner and all his friends who are from Leyland absolutely rave about this place however I think itâs pretty average. I like the fact that the pizzas are thin however I find the pizza dough pretty tasteless and un seasoned. On this particular visit we also ordered the spicy garlic bread, this was at the opposite end of the salt spectrum & was incredibly salty.

We love this restaurant, we normally order to take away and always get pasta dishes because they are amazing and I guess we are set in our ways! However we went in to eat last week and had pizzas, and they were absolutely fantastic, probably the best pizza we have ever had! Staff friendly and welcoming, will be coming back, thank you!

We booked a table for 5 on a Saturday night with friends. The restaurant was very busy. There was a really atmosphere. We all had starters which were really good portions I recommend the breaded brie it's DEWCIOUS. The mains came all was lovely and tasty. Again the portions were really good. The staff were brilliant as it was very busy. Really had a great night. We definitely be returning soon. Keep up the good work. X

Came here with my partner on a Saturday night which we booked beforehand. We were seated on a nice table upstairs and the whole theme of the building was intriguing (used to be an old police station). Cocktails were on offer and very nice selection. Food was ok, nothing special but fine for the price. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
