Unpleasant experience.. for Foreigner
Reviewed By NoelleAshtonWe stayed for 2 days 1 night at this hotel on first week of December. Upon arrival, we have to wait for 15 minutes before we can get our room key. Then, we were assigned to a DIRTY AND TWIN Bedded room. Not to mention, we were ask to pay for additional RMB 100 for KING bedded upon checked-in. Lucky thing was we met the housekeeping manager and immediately she allocate a clean room for us, however my hubby have to proceed to Reception to change the room key card. After checking the room, we found out the hair dryer was not in a good condition, plug point and different size of bed room slipper (green and pink in color), and can you imagine we have to wear Yin & Yang slipper out from the room. We went to visit the Hot Spring and the receptionist / hostesses were rude and ignore us while my hubby asking them questions… simply because we are foreigner! We decided to explore the outdoor Hot Spring on our own. Overall, we would say hot spring is worth the money and good experience too. At night, we went for a foot massage after 10 minutes talking to the hostess (we can speak Mandarin but we can hardly read what is written on the brochure). In the beginning of treatment, the masseur said they will start filing our toe nail (pedicure) and we said OK. After 30 minutes of massage, they ask us whether want to add head and neck massage for an additional of XX amount since we have add-on pedicure to our foot massage. We were kind of shock and surprise as we were not being informed that the pedicure is chargeable. We decided not to add-on any additional treatment as we felt cheated by the ungenerous masseurs. They being so pushy and hard sell, and actually show us their unhappy look as we said NO to them. This is not the matter of money and of course we don’t mind paying extra for it. Reason being, we does not want to go for the extra service because we felt this is not an ethical way. After all the dramas, we went to the one and only Chinese restaurant for our dinner at 20:00 hours. Apparently this restaurant closes at 20:30 hours. Hostess usher us to a table upon arrival. We ordered fried rice, one pork dish and one vegetable dish, and we inform the waitress to do small portion since there is only two of us. After 20 minutes, finally our dinner is served. However the food portion was like serving for 6 – 8 persons. We call upon the waitress and she said this is a standard portion and she just walked off. Based on our observation, the table next to us actually ordered a pork dish and insists that they did not order the dish after 4 of them had 4 pieces of it. To your surprise, the waitress clears off that particular dish from their table and serves them a brand new item as per their request. We decided to eat as much as we can and leave the restaurant. The next day, we went for breakfast and we were shocked by the setup and food items, as we would say this is the worst ever breakfast and not to mention, this is a 5-star hotel! A brief on the breakfast – they only have chopsticks, 1st item is porridge, 2nd item are hot items (hard boiled egg, cold cabbage, black fungus, fried egg, Chinese sausage, and etc), 3rd item is tea and milk, and lastly will be condiments for porridge… that is the brief of the incredible breakfast setup. Pleased to share, initially we wanted to stay 3 days 2 nights and book Suite room (require an additional of RMB 800 – RMB 1000 from our room rate). Finally we decided to go for 2 days 1 night since this is our first visit to a local chain hotel and decided not to proceed for Suite room. We Thank God we made the right decision by not staying for more than 1 night in this hotel. Overall, we would say this hotel is over-rated and definitely will not be a recommended hotel for foreigner!!!

a surprising great hotel
Reviewed By KonVaton the advise of my wife's cousin we booke this hotel for a night only. We arived and we were impresed by the quality of the hotel and effiency of the staff. The room, a business suite was great.Clean, spacious and greatly furnished. A great place to stay a night or a week. And very competitive rates too.

A nice weekend destination
Reviewed By iavagnilioThe only problem is the location, far away from Weihai and any city center. The rest is amazing, the price reasonable, the hot spring pools are well organized. Suggestion: only Chinese food available, if you don't like it, better to avoid it.

Reviewed By 少年与花儿酒店还不错，挺正规的，服务很热情，房间的硬件设备很齐全，空调、电视、电水壶、还有饮水机都有。床也很大，床单是非常洁净的白色，也很舒服，卫生间挺大的，水分冷热的，喝水是饮水机，一整天都有热水可以用，还是很不错的。

总体印象很不错
Reviewed By 梦回元大都100多元的酒店，前台很友好，房间干净卫生，尤其浴室明亮有四星级酒店的感觉，不过没浴缸，洗澡水水大，网速也快。印象非常好，11点给酒店打电话希望延迟1小时退房去吃饭也允许了。唯一一点也不是不好，就是离医院很近，附近很多卖丧葬用品的，如果是女生住有点渗人吧，我是男的都感觉有点那啥，给大家参考。
