Reviewed By AugustBlazeWe stayed in Villa 8 for 3 nights. Villa 9 is highly recommended because of it's view. THE HOTEL: 3/5 (Location is a 5/5) The location of the hotel is stunning. The Zen vibes of being on top of a mountain is so relaxing. Unfortunately, it is NOT well maintained...it's a bit dingy for a five star hotel. It's a massive area, so I kind of understand. But, I hope, that efforts will be made to better maintain the hotel. THE ROOM: 4/5 Needs a little work. There are details that should be fixed. But, other than that, it is nice and comfortable. THE STAFF: 5/5 They are delightful! Many thanks to Ms. Xiao Fang, for the assistance, even before we arrived at the hotel. Also, big thanks to Mr. Huang for being so patient and understanding, even though we can't speak chinese. ...the trainee, Miss Rain, very nice and friendly and every one else at the restaurant. Every staff is very accommodating. They made our holiday wonderful and convenient. This hotel is very lucky to have these hard working people.

Reviewed By EderWenRoom was not properly cleaned. I found two used condoms in the trash bin below the desk. Floor was dirty and furniture was dusty. Balcony door was broken and private spa wasn't inviting. TV had malfunctions. Cheap toilet paper. Poor quality breakfest. Chinese restaurant is very expensive for the bad food on offer. Slow check-in and check-out procedures. Worst Hilton hotel I've been to.

The Staff Really Try Hard
Reviewed By Ryan SSince you are travelling up into the mountains, you must expect an English barrier, but I must say the staff really tried their hardest and were so helpful. So helpful in fact that the General Manager took our food order in the restaurant and drove us to the bus station to get back to Sanya. Everyone was super nice. I recommend going during the weekdays as it is far less crowded and we had the hot springs to ourselves, the weekend got crowded from the people coming for the weekend. Rooms are clean, super quiet and relaxing. Rooms are nice. Breakfast buffet was a little disaster with dirty plates everywhere, but you get that in most places in Hainan. Overall, very nice. We had a hot tub on our porch in our room overlooking the mountains. The area s really nice. I recommend a trip!

artificial views not surprised not worth it
Reviewed By Peach SNot cheap, and the rainforest you can see anywhere in the Sanya City, too much people crowded, the only thing that bothered you is people. Same as other sight views at cultural and customs, not an astonishing place. And the artificial waterfall is so stupid, hardly to find anything beautiful and peaceful here.

Reviewed By ZB-supermommy房间超级好，有超大的泳池，窗外、门外都是景色，真的是雨林仙境的感觉，空气超级赞，热带房间居然没有蚊子，绝对是惊喜，非常幽静的一个地方，来了不想走。吃早餐的地方可以看到七仙岭，酒店还养了一些小动物，我第一次看到会上树的鸡：）
