Busselton Foreshore

Love watching the foreshore transform. It's such an amazing space to spend a day, with the pirate ship playground, restaurants, of course the beautiful beach and now the Shelter brewery to enjoy. Something for everyone and so family friendly. Love spending our summer days here with the family.

Simmo's Icecreamery

Delicious ice cream, well maintained grounds and facilities including mini-golf and a playground for kids. Lots of grassy space for the kids to run around. My only nitpick is they knocked down half the large wooden playground.

Primal Archery (formerly Busselton Archery Park)

Featuring a 10 target archery course that’s great for the first timers and experienced alike, plus a NEW 5 target course, perfect for younger ones. The targets vary in difficulty and have multiple distances for you to shoot from. Our prices including equipment rental, and discounts apply if you prefer shooting with your own gear (poundage limits do apply). Don't want to shoot at a target? Why not shoot your friends! Archery Tag is a combat based sport, kind of a mix between dodgeball and paintball (without the paint - or bruises)using foam tipped arrows. Enjoying the park atmosphere? Stay for a round of our 9 hole mini-golf course or burn off energy with high intensity activities in The Fun Zone! This area is all day play and houses our bungee run, gladiator ring, snooker ball and the 5m tall inflated slide! The Fun Zone does hibernate during winter so please check before your visit. We have drinks and ice-creams on site but feel free to bring a picnic (or order delivery!).

The young owners are knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic. I (76 years old) had never shot a bow before though my adult sons had. Time was taken to fit us with the most suitable bows and we each shot half a dozen arrows under encouraging and helpful instruction. The ten stations, each a different length, offer a pleasant stroll through the peppermint trees and we three had the best time on a quiet afternoon. It might be a bit less enjoyable on a really hot busy weekend. The only other possible drawback are the mosquitoes, which love the shade of the peppermints, but insect repellant is supplied free.

The facilities are great and clean, the food and service fantastic and the attitude of all the crew working there fabulous. It was the best way to kick off our vacation.
