I had lunch here on the way back from a visit to Khao Yao national park. The restaurant offers both Thai and Western food in a nice outdoor setting. I had a tasty spaghetti with bacon, garlic and chilly, the pasta was nicely al dente, not overcooked as you typically find in this part of the world. And accompanied by a freshly brewed cup of coffee and friendly service.

Tugged away in a local gas station, Coffee Terrace is a place no one would imagine existing. With the new upgrades and renovations, this place is surely a MUST-GO when you are looking for decent foods and marvelous coffee and drinks or you can just simply sit back and relax and enjoy the view overlooking the small river. Just spend one night in the Splendid hotel. The restaurant is kind of part of the hotel. Breakfast for the hotel is served in that restaurant. For hotel guests there is also no alternative to go in the evenings. They offer a wide range of Thai and international dishes. Pak Chong has lots to offer but you have to search a little farther than walking distance. This place however is just close to the train station and the place to have coffee and some crÃªpes! We had the one with 3 ways of chocolate (read: chocolate sauce, sprinkles and pieces of brownie)

Try the crispy thin crust pizza that is unlike any I have ever tied. Light and delicious. Most people come here for the amazing dessert choices, but there is a nice menu of food to try before you get to the wonderful desserts.
