Reviewed By SarfeltWe booked at table for 5 adults and two kids. We want for the limousine bead steaks. Loved the season menu suggestion with the fish steak and ruhrabs for deserts. We went to the wine cellar and found the best wine ever. Soooo unexpected good quality for a "Kro" so far out. Wow what a wine experience that was. Top top quality. My best recommendation for family's or business. Karin

Reviewed By 711iveraVærten Birthe bød os velkommen, og så snart vi kom ind i ‘skolestuen’ kunne man mærke, at ‘det her er et rart sted at være’. Med kyndig hånd har Birthe indrettet den gamle skole til at være et charmerende sted. ? Morgenmaden var glimrende, og med Birthes hjemmegjorte ramsløgpesto til var det perfekt! De naturlækre vandre-muligheder i nærheden er et ekstra plus. Vi så kronhjorte ?

Working farm, artist gallery and studio, beautiful rural location
Reviewed By summer61I stayed at Sønderbygaard with a relative for three nights while we explored the area from which our ancestors emigrated. We stayed in the apartment (they also do B&B), which was clean and comfortable, and provided the perfect home base for us. After a day of exploring Lemvig, Holstebro, the Salling peninsula or Bovbjerg lighthouse, we loved coming back to this working farm, fixing a nice meal, taking a walk around the fields and enjoying the peace and quiet. Artist Christina and her family live in a house next door and the place is always buzzing, with art gallery/studio/classes, children, ponies... Christina had tons of helpful advice and the price was reasonable. This was our favorite place of our entire trip.

Reviewed By JimmikoldenborgFantastiske rare værter, som yder en rigtig god service. Gode rene værelser, med lækre senge. Badeværelset var også helt iorden. Lækker morgenmad med pate, forskellige slags pålægspølser. Mulighed for at koge æg. Jeg kommer helt sikkert igen.

Fælles bad og toilet
Reviewed By LangerhuusVi blev installeret i hvert vores værelse, 3 kolleger - med fælles bad og toilet. Det havde vi ikke lige set da vi bestilte værelser. Vi fik så at vide, at vi kun var os 3 og det accepterede vi! Men der blev installeret en gæst mere på det sidste værelse, hvilket betød - at toilettet var optaget en halv time og min kollega måtte forlade hotellet med uforrettet sag og ondt i maven. Men god morgenmad - vil IKKE anbefale dette sted pga. fælles bad og et enkelt toilet! Heldigt at vi kunne børste tænder i køkkenet!
