Crazy Raindrops is a Drop-In or Party Crafting Studio. Situated in Commercial Street, Maesteg we offer a large range of crafting activities to do in our studio or to take home. If you want something different for a birthday party or group event we host parties and groups from 6 - 20 participants, activities include make a bear, slime making, paint your own pottery, button craft (canvas), decopatch, clay foam a piece of pottery, canvas art, illuminated lantern jars, and many small items to drop in and craft. Parties and Group bookings can be any day and any time if a slot is available, we provide free Juice and Biscuits, napkins and cups, we do not have catering facilities but food can be brought in, or we can provide a hi-tea in a box from Lou Chi's Tea Room which is just next door.

Bethania Welsh Baptist Chapel is a redundant Grade II* Listed as one of the best surviving architectural achievements by a major chapel architect in his powerful Beaux Arts style. The present Bethania chapel was a product of the last ‘Great Revival’ of 1904 and was constructed in 1908. It was designed in a Classical Beaux Arts style by the locally born architect Sir William Beddoe Rees.
