We arrived at the spa early to enjoy the super steamy steam room and pool/hot tub in the hotel. Our massages we great! My husband had a male masseuse who was very knowledgeable and good at knowing which areas to target. I had an unregistered female masseuse who gave me the most amazing foot massage along with targeting the perfect spots over my entire body. She had excellent pressure and calming energy. We also added on relaxation essential oils that made the already great experience that much better! After our massages, we sat and enjoyed refreshing mimosas. One recommended is for the hotel to do a major renovation and update to the changing rooms. Overall great experience!

Received a great facial from Meagan. She was informative and kind, without the heavy product pushing some spas are notorious for. She was thorough but delicate - not post-facial tomato face. Clean facilities and friendly staff. Thank you!

I feel so welcome & well taken care of at Wild Orchid! I love how professional and warm the staff are, the facilities are lovely (add a steam shower onto your massage!) and Nadia treats everyone like guests in her home while or providing top notch services. You can tell that everyone who works there is proud of their part in the team.

So my wife was across the street getting a cocomon (at snow dome coffee?!) and I happened to notice the spa sign. Curiosity got the best of me and booked me and my wife in for facials and pedicures! Well my wife has had a million of these and was blown away. The girls grew up in town and we had a blast with them but their skills were out of this world! My feet are still happy and soft. I ended up getting a chest wax too and Lindsay's wax skills were out of this world! Thanks trademark and they also love the COCOMON. Carl and Janice.
