Reviewed By Jesús PI have arrived at the reception of the GardenHill Mansion Hotel and after requesting my passport and making the check-in arrangements, they ask me for a deposit of 500 BATH. before my refusal to deliver that money because I understand that my reservation has been made with AGODA and not directly with the hotel I ask you for more accurate and correct information of the particular conditions of the hotels, so freely and with accurate information I decide if I go through of you or I do it with another platform for example TRIVAGO. The supposed boss was presented at my request at the reception and with bad manners and bad manners, beating on the counter a beautician would not stop recriminating me and disrespecting me. I wanted to prevent the accommodation and to assert its internal policy over the contract they have with AGODA. This situation is unfortunate, besides the lack of civility and education leave much to be desired. Reviewed By trangfriendAls ich mit meiner Frau (Thai) das Hotel betrat und den Voucher von Agoda übergab sagte der Herr an der Reception zu meiner Frau ob sie das gebucht hätte ohne auf das Papier zu schauen. Von da an wussten wir, dass wir in einem Stundenhotel angekommen sind. Es ist zwar alles Neu und Modern aber die Klimaanlage mochte erst gegen Morgen zu kühlen. Dann gab es eine Karte um die Hoteltüre zu öffnen und eine andere Karte für den Stromkontakt im Zimmer. Der Herr an der Reception war nicht so freundlich somit sind wir am anderen Tag in ein anderes Hotel gegangen. Die Matrazen waren sehr hart, ich hätte auch am Boden schlafen können.
