When I first visited this restaurant, was impressed by the inspired dishes they served us. The quality of the food was superb!!! This is quite usual to recently opened restaurants. After 4 months and being a busy summer, the place still keeps the peak. Very inspired decoration and top quality food. The real surprise comes with the bill. After a wonderful tasteful dinner you are prepared to spend a big amount of money, but .... the cost of the food is the most reasonable seen this summer. Hope to see you next season and taste the same excellent food.

This restaurant deserves a Michelin star, only if they got it it would become ten times more expensiveâ the fish is fresh, the presentation is first class, the chef is a master, and itâs exposed to sea breeze for ever blowing on the shore of the Libian Sea. We tried it while the 6th Ierapetra Doc Film Fest was taking place: grilled octopus, grilled calamari, sea bass, sea bream, and ouzo of any class were tried! Amazing, the perfect and necessary complement to the hotel... You cannot ask for more, but even though the hostess is nice and the experience is just first class. No other restaurant can compete with this one in Ierapetra, RECOMMENDED

Excellent cousine and impeccable service.This restaurant is near the sea so youâve an amazing view...people work there are very nice and special...I ate wonderful grilled sardines and the all food they cook was very good.Also I had nice time there with others guests I met in Konaki...Say good bye to my favourite chef and see you next time...thanks for all,Federica(Italy)

After a fail attempt of swimming in the sea (cause of too windy weather), we proceeded to the restaurant of Kakkos Bay to explore it's cuisine!! I surely say, that everything was well made, with focusing on flavour details. I recommend this area for swimming and eating. There was a variety in salads and starters, and really fresh fish in the menu. Even though it may seem usual greek, it isn't, cause only a few, focus so much on selling quality greek food, and here is a place, you ll find quality in tasting greek food.

Place has know been renamed as Koula restaurant, after the Mam who does the cooking. Had excellent Greek pizzas, as well as stunning Greek food, such as stuffed tomatoes, Dolmades made from vine leaves and courgette flowers, and Soutzokakia(Greek meatballs). They also have very good house wine, and provide complimentary local fruits and Raki after your meal. Staff always very friendly and welcoming and will make sure you have a great meal.

Enjoyed a delightful lunch at this beach front taverna overlooking the Libyan Sea. We chose Pork Souvlaki, Courgette Balls and Loukaniko sausage - all freshly cooked, tasty and served with a smile. Reminded me of how many tavernas used to be when I first visited Crete in the early 1970s. We aim to return in 2019.

Zorbas restaurant is an ideal place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is placed in an amazing location by the sea and the food is for all tastes. Fresh fish is recommended. The staff is very polite and the service is excellent. Highly recommended for families with kids and couples.

A super nice place right on the beach with very friendly staff. Both the grilled octopus and deep fried calamari was cooked to perfection. They also have a bar and sunbeds in the beach!
