After being in Italy for a over a week and sampling all that yummy pasta....it's good to have a change. We loved the authenticity of this Bavarian style restaurant. You can still order pizza and other favorites....along with our choices of delicious Schweinshaxn and an Octoberfest dinner! Delish beer and wine too.

Fischbanke is by far the nicest terrace in Bolzano. The operator is a friendly older gentleman with a pipe. Various wines by the glass and delicious tapas. The terrace is a colourful collection of self-painted signs with spells, lanterns and umbrellas! We wanted to eat somewhere, but stayed on this cozy terrace ... Are you in Bolzano, then really along Fischbanke and just linger!

Il ristorante è la pizzeria sino annessi al residence Egger. Molto stanco abbiamo deciso di mangiare in hotel assieme ad altri colleghi. Risultato una eccellente scoperta. Innanzitutto il rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. 4⬠una birra media, 7â¬un primo, 12/18 ⬠un secondo. Chi ha preso i canederli come me é restato soddisfatto, come anche chi ha preso gli spaghetti (cottura ok). I secondi ottimi, in particolare il petto d'anatra veramente super. Servizio ottimo. Ripeto una scoperta, veramente consigliato.

ritornati dopo qualche mese,abbiamo trovato la stessa squisita ospitalità ,gentilezza disponibilità sono le padrone di questo particolare ristorante tipico,costine super con crauti casalinghi difficili da trovare,asparagi prosciutto patate e salsa bolzanina fatta in casa,altra rarità , prezzo eccellente.siamo tornati ritorneremo e continueremo a consigliarlo.
