We headed to the car ferry from Cahersiveen and so it was an easy decision to take this shortcut. After a short wait, the ferry arrived, a quick entry, a quick payment(8 euros for a single journey) and a very short and efficient service journey. Beautiful trip across and taking in the views, bliss!
