For a small pub we have a big heart, friendly welcome and a great atmosphere. Offering real ales, ciders, wine and spirits. Dog friendly, WiFi available, dart board, daily newspaper and fresh filled rolls on Fridays & Saturdays. Live music events throughout the year, as well as an annual Gin Festival in July.

Visited this amazing pub after they had reopened with social distancing in place. Welcoming as ever with an excellent choice of ales and gin. Very happy customers and will always be one of our favourites.

Great friendly atmosphere with some of the best real ales in the area a must to try out,here on holiday from Cyprus so it refreshing to get some great beer.

We arrived for a complementary stay over night food was plentiful lunch dinner on the Saturday and breakfast lunch on the Sunday loads to choose from the menu staff were always friendly and polite the whole time we was staying there The bedroom was lovely and clean and where our room was situated directly outside opposite our chairs was a lovely waterfall and lake so beautiful and quiet Will definitely be coming back hopefully for a long weekend once a month Thank you from splash-n-shine Mr & Mrs Small

there is a nice pavillion and a good play area for small and older ones there is cricket on at the weekend

First time visiting the crown. Called in advance to check on booking requirements and advised to download their ordering app, the whole experiance was very plesant, from the waiting staff, bar staff, and floor hostesses (possible the evenings duty manager as she was very smartly turned out and stood out from the others) Service was promt, and friendly.... in the post covid world the one way system worked effectively with pleanty of hand sanitizer. Will definitely be back :-)
