The most beautiful sea! It is clean and not busy at all. Fish in the shallow sea and lovely, smooth sand. I would highly recommend it!

Bunker Bay

We recently stayed at here for four nights as we had a family member getting married at the resort on the weekend. We stayed with our parents and two year old and had a two bedroom villa. Accommodation was comfortable and clean and the kitchen made it easy to holiday with a toddler. Villa also had a washing machine and dryer which was convenient.
We loved all of the facilities the resort had to offer, (gym, pool, easy access to the beach via the path).
The resort is very kid friendly and we really appreciated the "break our room" for kids on the side of the restaurant area. All staff were super friendly and competent.
My only complaint would be about the restaurant food quality and prices, quality was not great for the price so if I was to stay again would probably go out for food instead of eating onsite.
The breakfast selection was good but a little pricey!
All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Geographe Bay

Took a break here yesterday while driving back to Perth from Margaret River, this section of Geographe Bay is protected from most winds - it would be a little wild when the wind blows heavily from the West or North West.
Yesterday there were people swimming and boating in the shallows - there are nice shady places on the grass along the boardwalk - very pleasant indeed.

Four of us had lunch here after a morning on the beach. Good food and great selection of beers. Friendly, efficient service and a buzzy lively place in an attractive location. Two pizzas were extremely good with thin crisp bases. Barramundi was delicious and we all plan to go again on our next visit to the area. I would advise booking as they were extremely busy but our orders were taken and arrived quite quickly and we didn’t have to wait long for anything.

The guided tour was informative. It was a perfect day for viewing the Lighthouse. A new viewing platform in front of the Lighthouse was great. Panoramic views both north and south , perfect during whale migration to spot whales. The view from the top of the lighthouse were spectacular. Walking around you got the full view of the area. The former lighthouse keepers residence has a lovely little cafe and rooms have been set out like you are in the livingroom of the home, with both period furniture and artworks from local artists...old world meets new...it has a charm about it that works. Outside the cafe is a deck area with covered Seating and a lovely play area for the kids. All the staff, cafe and guides were very friendly and made our visit enjoyable

Popped in to get some information on a walk I'd just done. Staff didn't appear to have much knowledge of the different walk sections, it's all just "cape to cape" with no detail on specific sections. I was recommended a $1 pamphlet which apparently had a list of all the walks, but it didn't even have the one I'd just done.
