Trabzon (Turkish pronunciation: [ˈtɾɑbzon]), historically known as Trebizond (in Ancient Greek: Τραπεζοῦς Trapezous) is a city on the Black Sea coast of northeastern Turkey and the capital of Trabzon Province. Trabzon, located on the historical Silk Road, became a melting pot of religions, languages and culture for centuries and a trade gateway to Persia in the southeast and the Caucasus to the northeast. The Venetian and Genoese merchants paid visits to Trebizond during the medieval period and sold silk, linen and woolen fabric; the Republic of Genoa had an important merchant colony within the city called Leonkastron that played a role to Trebizond similar to the one Galata played to Constantinople (modern Istanbul). Trabzon formed the basis of several states in its long history and was the capital city of the Empire of Trebizond between 1204 and 1461. During the early modern period, Trabzon, because of the importance of its port, again became a focal point of trade to Persia and the Caucasus.

the restaurant has central location at the water fall, interior and exterior view, with Turkish traditional style, seeing main Turkish dishes, the exterior view has a wonderful view between the water and green Mounties.

When you are in Black Sea, sea food is a mustt. And for sure these people know how to prepare it to be as tasty as possible. Good service and clean place.

Mekan büyük ve ferah. Menüsü oldukça geniş. Biz pide yedik. İkramları miktar olarak çok az. Neredeyse iki kişiye birer kaşık ezme, rus salatası ve salata ikram ettiler. Pidesini de beğenmedik. Karnımızı doyurmak için girmiştik zaten çok fazla beklentimiz yoktu. Mekan da bizi şaşırtmadı.

Doğal ortamda Fırtına deresi manzarası ile Karadeniz lezzetlerini tadmak için güzel bir mekan. Özellikle kırmız benekli Alabalığı, Laz böreği, hamsili mısır ekmeği, Fasulye turşusu çok lezzetliydi. Kalabalık grupla gidilmesine rağmen hizmette aksama olmadı.10 TL bedel ile Zipline yapma imkanı da vardı.

Trabzon Havaalanı'na gitmek için Ardeşen Petrol ofisi tesislerinde beklerken Karadeniz sahil yolunda yeni açılan bu mekanı tesadüf keşfettik. Sunumu, temizliği müşteriye ilgisi muhteşem. Mutfağını hijyeni çıplak gözle çok rahat izleyebiliyorsunuz. Hatta masa servis kağıtlarında bunun üstünü bastırarak yazmışlar. Yöresel yemekler, Izgara çeşitleri hem sunum olarak göze hitap ediyor, yediğinizde ise midenize htap ediyor. Sahil yolunda olduğundan park sorunu yok. Açık havada yemek isterseniz ortamı çok müsait. Eğer yolunuz Ardeşen'e düşerse mutlaka tavsiye ederim. Temizlik, damak tadı, güzel ve sıcak ilgi karşısında mutlu olacağınıza inanıyorum.
