We were advised to visit a new and âone of the bestâ restaurants in KarlovyVary. But what we have experienced at the restaurant was below our expectations. Quality of the food was quite good, but level of service is much below the ambitions of the restaurant. Dear Mr jeyhun65,Thank you very much for your visit, your opinion and comments. Your feedback makes us better.We are disappointed that you did not enjoy your visit at the restaurant La Hospoda. The principle of customer care to our valued guests and the enjoyment of their visit is our priority at all times.We are really sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our service. Probably the service did not inform you about the fact that a necessary part of the unique PPP project La Hospoda are students of the local gastronomic high school, who have in a restaurant every day a practice - in the restaurant and in the kitchen too, because restaurant La Hospoda is a training center for students of this gastronomic high school. Choosed this place following to a recommendation of a colleague from our CZ office.We liked it, therefore, we went there two times.We enjoyed the place. Well decorated, the bathrooms are clean. You can even find mouthwash, cologne and earbuds.The food was delicious. We tried goat cheese salad, one of the best goulash I have ever eaten, beefsteak and trout. I recommend this place. 100%.

If you are tiered of mainstream food and want som genuine local well cooked food. Then you should take the walk up to this restaurant. Itâs a little steep walk from the center, but itâs all worth it..Here you can eat really good traditional dishes in a very nice atmosphere...Mind that they donât accept Credit cards, but you can pay with euros...

Driving 20km there and back through icy roads and a snowstorm on two consecutive evenings reflects the desperation of the culinary disaster zone that is Oberwiesenthal. This restaurant is not disappointing and the reviews reflect that, with currently 88% rating âexcellentâ and the remainder âvery goodâ. Booking ahead is advisable. Good atmosphere, excellent service and a well appointed menu, with some interesting dishes. For the region, deserves five stars.
