Most importantly, however, it gives our guests complete privacy.
Many disappointments
Reviewed By Anthony FI was a guest of this hotel with my wife the week of April the 7th, 2018 and I couldn’t be more disappointed with the service and the quality of the hotel. The pool adjacent to the room needed to be cleaned. I was told that within one hour it would be cleaned. NEVER happened. The morning of our departure from the hotel at 8:30 am, breakfast was never served due to the lack of personnel. We had breakfast on the way to the airport. We got a call from management on my cell phone the same day apologizing for the problem and a promise to reimburse us 10% of the bill as a compensating gesture for the various problems that we had at the hotel. They asked for the coordinates of my bank account to credit my account which I immediately submitted. This happen three months ago and not a single penny has been transferred to my bank account. The adjacent restaurant highly rated by the Michelin Guide was a disappointment as well. Food not cooked properly and poorly presented. I am an animal lover and picked the hotel for its name ‘Orso Grigio’ (GrayBear) and relatively good reviews. But I should have known better since when I tried to make a reservation on the phone, it took three phone calls over a two day period to have the reservation acknowledged. That was the first Red Flag and I should have gone somewhere else. What a ‘FIASCO’.

Reviewed By StorvikBeing at the Garda lake before and heading towards Austria, we spent some days at Hotel Stella della Alpi Rooms are fine and clean, unfortunately the staff as well as the food are mediocre. Sometimes there isnot any staff at all to order a drink. Food served at diner, as well as breakfast lacks variety. Breakfast is everyday the same, no fresh coffee. All with all rather disapointed as you see pictures of the GM with his previous high rising stars
