Beautiful woodland walk alongside a river on a very good path. When we were there it was great to see loads of youngsters swimming in the deep pools and obviously having a lot of fun.

First day fishing Filham Park bingo some lovely carp were caught I had 4-5 ranging in weight from 1-4lb it was a great day. Fishing is a great way of bonding with your children and having great fun!!!!

From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by the landlord & lady. We were strangers to the area, but were welcomed liked locals. The cider was good and the atmosphere was friendly. The beer garden was great, with a Sunday special of hog roast with all the trimmings. A great venue for outside music and we enjoyed an afternoon of acoustic sounds. Will definitely be returning and would recommend others to drop in for a pint or four !
