Sorhay is an amazing woman. She was prompt, friendly and just all around amazing!! Very knowledgeable about Panama and made us feel like family. She could see what an amazing time I was having and made sure I got my fill. I can't thank her enough for the wonderful memories! At least this was one thing that we could still do with everything closed because of the virus. Sorhay was wonderful and having a private tour made it even better!! Best tour I have ever booked!!!

The night hike was exciting and full of critters. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and found multiple animals that we never would have seen. Saw funky bugs, frogs, sloth, hummingbird (sleeping), kinkajou, and a toucan.

What a unique and personalized experience for the entire family. From my 8 year old, teenagers , to adults the hands on tour was very unique and kept us entertained for over three hours. The owners provided in depth “farming” of the cherry to brew. We had no idea what it takes to drink your favorite cup of joe! I would not only encourage but I would go out of your way to visit the Casanga Farm. Five stars all the way.

7. Foodie Neighborhood Walking Tour in Panama

Parque Omar-R, Panama City, Panama Union Tours

Parque Omar, is where we start our 2.5-hour foodie walking tour.  To start, we’ll visit a juice stand for a drink made with some fresh seasonal fruits and veggies. You may be tasting passion fruit for the first time, but you will also taste the sweater  pineapple in the worldFrom there, meander through the neighborhood to arrive at our next stop: a family-run restaurant helmed by an emerging, female chef who was even a finalist in Panama's edition of the show "Top Chef." The restaurant will serve a welcome cocktail, an appetizer, small dishes, and a dessert that illustrate her interpretation of the tastes of Panama past and present (included) Next we take a short walk to a bakery owned and operated by culinary chefs, where now they apply new techniques to local ingredients to redefine Panamanian desserts like mamallena, which you get to sample. The tour concludes at local pub with a refreshing drink and a healthy sampling of small bites based on Panamanian comfort food (included).

Inclusions: Taste small dishes, Drinks

Exclusions: Gratuities, Private transportation, Pick Up/Drop off

This tour was as insightful as it was delicious. My favorite parts were the visit to the bakery to sample their interpretation of bread pudding, the storytelling from the female chef at Casa Volcanand the empanada bites at the pub.
