Used Bens Bus to transfer from Grenoble Airport to Serre Chavalier and the return, both trips went very smoothly and were punctual, what most impressed me though was the fantastic customer service and communication when I questioned the pick up point as I mistakenly thought is was somewhere different to the drop of point, this caused some confusion resulting in several emails back and forth, all my emails were answered very quickly and my misunderstanding was soon resolved, top customer service from Natalie and I would highly recommend this company!!

Both drivers very helpful and cheerful and helped carry the baggage for us. They arrived ahead of the planned meet time (names board in arrivals hall) and was lucky enough to have a private transfer each way so lots of room to stretch out and catch a nap. Vehicles were new, clean and looked after. Booster seats for the kids were good quality and provided free. Would definitely use again.
