Reviewed By ruchira jHoneywood is the place to be. Beautiful and calm. Our fur baby enjoyed and was really excited about the place. Booked a villa and every time someone knocked the door he wait to slip out and enjoy. Food was really nice, tasty and hot. We had a great time. Booking, order for meals everything was seamless.

My Visit to Pannchgani & Mahabaleshwar with My Parents
Reviewed By TravellerAchinI am writing this review specifically to mention the administration of this property is really awful. I had happened to book this property directly and we interacted with their Sales Person or Coordinator Mr. Tanmay, he booked the property for us and mentioned that you might have to shift to another room the next day incase the rooms are full to which we said yes. We checked in at the hotel on 1st May and 2nd May at 1:30pm their staff came and said that sir has asked you to check out and check in in a new room. I requested that i have parents who are senior citizens and if we can stay in this room or we were about to change the room we should have been informed prior.to which this guy Tanmay literally harrased over phone by keep on calling her. I literally got irritated and managed to get another to which the balcony chairs were all dirty and there were constant water logging in washroom which never got rectified. My complaint is to this Guy Tanmay who is doesn't have manners how to speak to client. If the owner of this property is reading I would urge to take an action against him. Apart from that location is good, staff is friendly and food is also fine.

It will give you budget friendly stay with very clean and nice ambiance. The staff members are very cooperative and you can also enjoy Barbecue in the lawn with their help. Lastly, what I liked the most out of my stay was the scenic view from the resort. So do visit. Thanks.

Reviewed By Abhash PThe room shown in the pics are not certainly what they offer. Filthy rooms, all bed sheets and bed covers are torn, dirty, bathrooms fitting not available. No service at all. Location too is very bad. It was a terrible experience. MMT offered the booking with a deal and when we arrived we got a room that was sort of a old worn cottage. All furnitures very work broken, filthy. Cant describe. Service was terrible. No warm water, hand soaps, bathroom flushes did not work. It was sheer waste of money. Service people were impolite. Driver was not given shelter for night. Food was just average. Do not go for this hotel. MakeMyTrip is fraud and this hotel owner too is fraud. We paid hefty sum and just had dissappointments
