Reviewed By ThinkrbelAfter reading other reviews I booked at Eclipse because their cabanas are more modern and spacious. What a mistake that was. A 10 year old child came to pick us up in a boat, their kitchen was closed, there was no maid service, it was horrible. We went to eat at La Luna where the food was exquisite, the service impeccable and it was just a joy to be there. We left Eclipse and moved to La Luna. They came to pick us up in their boat, took our suitcases right to the cabana, we felt at home. Sure the cabanas are older but you only sleep there and they are cleaned daily. The ambiance, the attention to the clients, the food, the owners, everything made me fall in love with the place. The only way I could leave was to think how and when I would return. I highly recommend La Luna.

Reviewed By Viridiana GVillas amuebladas y cómodas estilo colonial. Cuentan con servicio de tours y un pequeño restaurante. A 15 min. del Centro de San Cris, pueden transportarte en Urvan o auto pagando una pequeña cuota si no quieres manejar. Excelente atención, personal amable y servicial.

"El peor hotel en el que hemos estado nunca"
Reviewed By rglzzPase una noche en el hotel Villas Paraíso, no tengo una sola cosa buena que decir del lugar. Pésimas condiciones, el baño de la habitación no funcionaba bien, el aire acondicionado y el ventilador dejo de funcionar durante la noche y en Palenque el calor puede ser insoportable. Pero lo peor de todo ha sido que durante toda la noche, algún otro huésped (o incluso podría ser gente del mismo hotel), tuvieron fiesta con música de reggaeton a todo volumen y gente tomada gritando continuamente. A las doce de la noche me queje en recepción, el encargado a regañadientes les dijo algo a los responsables, pero solo bajaron medianamente el volumen de la música por breve tiempo, después le volvieron a subir y el encargado no movió un dedo por poner remedio. Una pena, el lugar tiene potencial, pero con esa gestión. NO ES NADA RECOMENDABLE.
