After visiting multiple spas in Wales, I've found this is our favourite! It's just such a shame we don't live nearer otherwise we'd be regulars! The staff were very polite and courteous, and the facilities were clean and tranquil. When you enter the pool area, you can immediately tell no expense has been spared. The interior design felt modern and warm, with the pool lighting on the slate adding to a welcoming feel. After we used the facilities, we went upstairs for a couples massage which was out of this world. Again, the staff were lovely and excellent at their job. I literally can't put a fault on our experience here. Outstanding spa.

I returned to Caroline Young Hairdressers after a long period of working away and received a lovely welcome by the owner Caroline. From the first day I have met her several years ago, she is amazing with her customer service skills and a true professional. She went to great effort to accommodate my needs for an appointment that week for a hair colour and told me it was no problem for her to collect the special brand of colour I required. So my appointment was booked when I required it. The stylist was Michelle who has cut and styled my hair before, so I knew I would not be disappointed. I had my patch test there and then in readiness of my appointment later that week. The day of my hair treatment, I was looking forward to having my hair cut, coloured and styled as it was a while since I had it professionally coloured. My treatment was absolutely perfect. Michelle did an amazing job from start to finish, her attention to detail was excellent, like Caroline and Sandy who is also amazing their customer service skills are 100% first class. Michelle's colour treatment and conditioning was perfect, the cut was first class also and not forgetting Amy who washed, conditioned my hair beforehand. I left the salon absolutely thrilled and cant wait to return when I am next home. I would highly recommend this salon not only because it has first class hair stylists, assistants and beauticians but the prices are affordable with an excellent range of products too!

Recently visited for a spa day for my birthday treat, staff where lovely very helpful , totally relaxing day, even went into a lounge area for afternoon tea in my dressing gown, very clean and tidy , lovely restaurant staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Thank you for a lovely day .
