Even though lots of people are still hiking into the evening (sun goes down around 9pm in March), this place shuts at 6pm, which is unfortunate as it makes a great place to relax after the hike. At 5:30, they weren't serving any more food but I was able to get some nice mulled wine to warm me up as I sat on the deck (some mountain views rather than channel views) for just $75, and follow it up with a Cape Horn beer while I patted the friendly local dog.Hola! We decided to go eat in the hotel rather than travel into town on two of our three nights. We shared the calamari rings with romesco sauce as a starter on both occasions as it was so nice. Both the cheese and ham and vegetarian pasta dishes were very nice as was the salmon which comes with caper butter sauce and beautiful puréed pumpkin. We were impressed with the quality of the food - especially as breakfast in the hotel is nothing special. The restaurant opens at 7pm even though in the room it says 8pm! The service was very friendly but at times slightly odd. All fine though in the end! Beware restaurant is closed on Mondays.

We only had one night in Ushuaia and were recommended to this restaurant by our hotel. The resteraunt was clean and comfortable with pleasant staff. However, the menu while interesting, had no whole King Crab which we had been looking forward to as it is very popular in Ushuaia. We had a pleasant enough meal which included King Crab in a pie which was plentiful and tasty.

The place is cozy and nicely furbished and the chef that leads it deserves the very good critics as the dishes are divine! We had the Volver crab - a mix of crab, prawns and scallop that will stay in my memory! Rosé wine was also perfect

We enjoyed a delicious dinner at this cute little restaurant less than half a block from the main road in Ushuaia. We enjoyed the black butter trout with a potato, a delicious milanesa with fries (fries were amazing), some tomato and lettuce salad, and a calafate bonbon! The trout was AMAZING and I would eat it everyday if I lived in Ushuaia. MUST try this place and the service was amazing too. The employees were very nice and attentive!

We were a group of 4 having dinner here.We got a variety of dishes containing crab rather than getting a whole crab. Overall, the food was fine, but nothing special. Prices were higher than in other parts of Argentina, but that is Ushuaia for you.Staff was friendly.
