We booked this trip quite spontaniously and really loved it! We met with Karl a little outside of Trysil, got a short introduction into how to wear snow shoes and went out into the untouched snowfields. Really an amazing experience! As it was snowing constantly that day we could not find too many animal traces, however Karl explaned a lot to us about the local flora and fauna, hunting and the history of snowshoeing. He was very well prepared and adapted the tour to our personal interests and needs.

I booked 2 days of private lessons from 10:45-12:15 for the last week of February and got instructor Jønas from Denmark. As I am an adult learning skiing he knew my biggest issue was my fear of getting out of control. He gave me more confidence and even made me skiing red slopes for the first time and I got down perfectly fine. So well done Jønas from Denmark, thanks for the instructions and remaining so calm!! I would definitely choose this ski school again.
