1. If you are visiting valparai means dont miss to visit balaji temple even you dont have believe in god. 2. This is the most peaceful spot in valparai. 3. We need to climb on the top of the hill to visit this temple, this is a private temple, we need to park the car and walk nearly one kilometre to reach the temple. 4. Clicking photos are not allowed inside the temple, there is a security keep telling you not to click photos. 5. During walking you can take pics before reaching temple which more pleasant. 6. I recommend to visit the temple on evening which open on 3pm to 6pm in evening and 7.30am to 11am in morning.

Carver Marsh Monument

Reviewed By yashaswinik2017

It is a good view point as well as a great photography spot if you are driving or riding to Valparai from pollachi. The curvy roads, Mr Marsh's statue, the tea estate, the mountains and the small houses located amidst the tea plantation makes it a perfect eye treat to stop by and enjoy the view for passersby. Good place to stopby and take a break (although there is no tea shop or any eatery around). It is located at one of the curve heading towards Valparai city from the ghats.
