Reviewed By faithn763The experience was great- room had lots of space, great ambience and the food was amazing. The service from the staff was equally good. A serene environment and great place to unwind, be in tune with nature and rejuvenate! Sovereign Suites is good for family getaways, business engagements and is very easy to access. We definitely took some very lovely pictures on the property and had a good experience during our stay. There is however room to adjust to be more child friendly- they did not have a kid's menu, or some activities for kids but the staff quickly adjusted to accommodate us, especially on meals.

Reviewed By treewisdomFirst off - try their brownies! Best ever! I wish they didn't use the cheap Chinese-imported tilapia fish and their pizzas can sometimes be quite bland. Staff is well trained and maintain a decent level of service. This is an excellent place to visit if you're in the Limuru area. It's fresh and green. The coffee and desserts are spot on. In general, Brackenhurst is a great service to the local community and is a great day trip for anyone that wants to leave the bustle of Nairobi for a few hours. Note to management: your surcharges for take away containers are very high.

An average place but nice and serene!
Reviewed By richard jThis place is quiet and serene, a good place to spend your afternoon. I love the grade with the lush green grass. The downside is that they have very few items on their menu that are present for you to order - I would suggest to them to remove the items that they do not sell from the menu - it very frustrating when you don't have a choice. The furniture is also old and rundown - they could increase seating spaces and have modern furniture. Lastly the staff (waiters) seem to be overwhelmed by very few guests! the management could better by boosting their morale.

We are a hostel that offers both short and long term stay. We have single occupancy as well as shared rooms. We do have a kitchen and dining area for meals and entertainment.
