The Villager Hotel is a modern, stylish family run hotel in a premium location. Our double rooms all have king size beds & our family rooms also have full size singles for children (cots are available upon request). All of our rooms have modern, spacious en-suites, flat screen LCD TVs, tea & coffee making facilities & hairdryers, ironing facilities are available upon request.On-site parking is situated to the rear of The Villager & is included in our room rate.We serve our extensive menu in The Villager on the ground floor from 11am (10am at weekends & school holidays) until 8.30pm & we also serve full English Breakfast until noon daily.We have live entertainment during the season every weekend & then every night in the school holidays.

Reviewed By X7876GOsamanthacPaid £120 for one room for one night. This did not include breakfast. Apparently this did not include hot water for a shower either! The room door did not stay shut properly, so when someone walked past it opened slightly. The additional internal lock didn't work either. Will not be staying here again.

What a difference a year makes
Reviewed By alister_10Called in for a lunchtime drink on 29/9/21 my first thought was the bar closed ? 1.00 in the afternoon??? Anyway we sat down 1 pint of bitter and 1 pint of lager and a bag of crisps = £9.20 ? now I expect to pay a bit extra on the coast but that’s expensive compared with our visit same time last year, then it dawned on us that that’s why it was empty

Fantastic stay
Reviewed By crw31wintersMe and my partner stayed here in September and we had a fab stay We stayed in the hot tub lodge with its own private garden lodge was clean and spacious and very modern the outside area was very private and a great space it had a front side and back seating area Location is fab everything within a 5 min walk fair, market, amusements, beach, pubs bowling what more can you ask for i parked my car when we arrived and didn't move it until we left. There is a local bus stop which goes to skegness and Chapel st leonards Hot tub was warm and very good, just what was needed after a busy day hot tub is very private and is not overlooked. Wristbands for the length of ur stay bowling and golf and free parking brilliant extra If you want peace and quiet maybe not the place to go However if you want to be near all the hustle and bustle we're everything is in walking distance nice lodge with fantastic private garden and hot tub would highly reccomend We had a fab stay and shall be returning we come to skegness every year but first time staying at fantasy island and we can't wait to come back

Reviewed By Linda LStayed at Kingfisher for 1 week with my disabled friend. The Fir 201 has disabled access inside and out. The caravan was clean and tidy. The beds were made up for arrival. There were no towels, but luckily I took my own. The staff are friendly and helpful. Always smiling and saying hello. Your car can be parked outside your caravan. The market is a 5 minute walk away. Lots of places to eat. The only problem I had was the flashing lights from the amusement arcade facing us. Could do with blackout curtains on the windows. Apart from that we had a fantastic and relaxing break. I will be going back again. I would highly recommend a break here.

Avoid like Covid
Reviewed By J8038CWraycThis place is shocking!!! Very cheap but that doesn’t excuse how bad my stay was. I was text the wrong info about the key, which was resolved quickly. Then I had to request towels. ONE! Was delivered to me about half hour later and too be honest I would use it on my dog. So I went and purchased my own towel. The bedding was hideous and very thread bear. The mattress was very old and lumpy and to cap it off when I arrived back later in the evening the TV had no signal and was about as much use as a chocolate tea pot. I txt about the TV and never got a reply. I spend a lot of time in hotels/ B&B etc and this is by far the worst I have experienced
