Hotel l’Ulivo è circondato dal verde di un bel giardino e si trova in una comodissima posizione per chi ama fare trekking ed escursioni in zone davvero incredibili. Siamo a Girasole, sulla costa orientale della Sardegna: un luogo ricco di straordinari paesaggi naturali, selvaggi e suggestivi, uno splendido mare cristallino e lunghe spiagge di sabbia bianca. Gli ospiti vengono accolti in camere curate e accoglienti. Hotel L’Ulivo dispone di 10 camere dotate di aria condizionata-riscaldamento, TV, bagno con doccia, mini bar e asciuga capelli. Il ristorante offre piatti della cucina mediterranea e tipica sarda, serviti anche a bordo piscina in un’atmosfera elegante e romantica. Reviewed By Travel IBad luck or we just have a greater feedback experience than other customers ? We had a really bad experience at Ulivo. Pictures are really idealistic. The place is not well maintained. When we arrived we were to told the swimming pool will be empty for still 3 days. Then When we first used the bathroom the water color was yellow. At first we thought it was pee but the day after they told us the flush is rusted and cause this color. They moved us to a new room. And yet a great experience. It was a pleasure to be awaken by sewers odors. Regarding the place and service: Hole in sheets Spots on lampshade The breakfast room is covered and dark Breakfast is the very minimum. And you ll find a lot of bad fixes : around the wardrobe the wall is not painted in the same color than the rest of the room. After all of this they were not very generous in excuses and found all the time explanations. (But as a customer we don't care about explanations we pay for a service). We had to discuss to get the breakfast (that we already booked) for free. But they only accepted to partially offer us the breakfast and threatened us to take the whole deposit on our credit card. Not a good place. No good manners.

Reviewed By 489hindOur stay was pleasant. The breakfast was great.The room was clean and quiet.GIANLUCA the owner a friendly.under the b&b there is news paper shop and farmaci,and near there is supermarket and a lots of bars.I felt like our satisfaction was very important.

Very charming location and host
Reviewed By Martin FFor a couple the upstairs room is very comfortable, clean, fresh air with balcony and a view. The owner Angelo is very helpful with recommendations, he uses google translate if needed and has high standards for cleanliness, the breakfast is with a good local choice and great coffee. Very good location for Tortoli/Arbatax and beaches.

Reviewed By losrellasAbbiamo soggiornato alla Casa di Paglia ad Agosto 2019 per 3 notti. La camera era particolare, con mura di argilla. Bagno grande e stanza in generale grande. Mancano tv e connessione wi fi. Grande parcheggio. Ma un po' brullo e non troppo curato. Ha incontrato i nostri gusti, per discrezione, tranquillità e serenità. Consigliato per poche notti. Gentilissima la persona che ci ha accolto.

Reviewed By silvanoz790Posto bellissimo im mezzi alla natura.. Molto tranquillo giusto per rilassarsi.. Camere ampie e molto pulite.. I titolari sono tutti gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi problematica.. Cambio biancheria frequente.. Situato a circa 10 minuti di macchina dalle spiagge più frequentate.. Consigliatissimo da provare
