Kochi Marriot - still holding its charm
Reviewed By Param201It was pleasure staying at Marriot Kochi. It still holds it charm. Staff goes beyond and above to make sure you are well taken care during your stay. Breakfast buffet was amazing as usual and we did enjoy the pool too. Customer relations manager Kripa was very charming and welcoming and made sure our kids and us had a enjoyable breakfast. Will stay here again.

Family friendly hotel situated at popular Edappally Junction adjacent to Edappally Metro Station & walking distance to the famous Lulu Mall . We proudly claim to say that the hotel is situated in the heart of Cochin , rather Kerala with easy acess to all parts of Cochin, Ernakulam by public transfer like Metro, Bus or Taxi. Cosy, comfortable and neat which are hallmarks of a classy super luxury hotel with in the city esque surroundings and location in close proximity to the centre of shopping makes the stay memorable & worthwhile.
A clean Hotel at a Brilliant Location
Reviewed By K10VA good hotel at an excellent location being right opposite to the LuLu Mall and few yards from the Lulu Mall Metro Station, I stayed in the room that faced the Mall so much that I could see who is getting in and out of the mall. The check-in was hassle-free. Being from Bangalore, I have my own requirements with regards to the hotel rooms, quality and services, and the staff were cooperative and supportive in addressing my needs. The rooms are of the size of a Business Hotel and has all the amenities that one needs for a short stay - very comfy bed, working AC, Clean Bathroom, TV with Cable Connection, 2 bottles of Mineral Water, Clean Towels, Soap, Shampoo and Moisturizer, coffee and tea sachets and a tea kettle. The complimentary breakfast had a good spread of Poori-bhaji, Dosa-Sambar, Bread toast with Jam and Butter, Veg Noodles, Corn Flakes, Fruit Juice and Coffee-Tea, though there were some delays with refilling the fast moving Pooris. The food otherwise for Lunch and Dinner is OK if not good but that shouldn't be a problem with the Mall right across the road. The parking at the basement is a little cramped and if one is not a skilled driver would have troubles taking the car out. A special thanks to Dixit who catered to all my needs during my stay. The rating is pushed higher because of the quality of the rooms and the perfect location. I did recommended this Hotel to a friend travelling to the place last week. My next stay at Kochi is again gonna be at Laimar Suites unless the quality decreases !

Reviewed By Egales44I stayed in this hotel for 4days.. I really enjoyed my stay. The welcome from the Receptionist till the bell boys was very good. The rooms are cleaned daily. The hotel appearance also was very clean. Daily a small cup was given with coffee, tea, milk powder & sugar packets were given. Overall it's in the center of the city and the rent is very affordable.. If I come again to Ernakulam surely I will go and stay in this hotel only. I request you if you are looking for a good hotel stay then this is the best hotel.

Reviewed By 387vilassWe have booked this hotel online through trivago/ Hotel.com for three days from 31/05/2021 to 03/06/2021 and paid full in advance...After reaching there @ 7:00 AM in the morning hotel management refused to give room saying they don't consider online booking. But they were ready to give room against payment in cash... We tried to call helpline of 'Hotel.com' but they were also not responding as there working time is 9:00 AM onward .. Please don't book this hotel online as you will loose money as well as peace of mind.
