Good, basic, comfortable hotel

Easy to find, able to book in at 1500, friendly staff. Pub restaurant next door. Big Tesco easy to walk to. Room clean, quiet, comfortable. Lots of parking. No real negatives to report. Much cheaper than similar hotels closer to Gatwick/Heathrow

I would expect much better for my money

The location and facilities were good. Unfortunately the pub opposite played really loud, bad music till late on a weekend. The windows did little to reduce the noise. A missed nights sleep. for over £100 / night I expected it to at least be reasonably quiet.

Shocking hotel, dirty, unpleasant staff, food very low quality. Never again. Plus lots of guests seems to be very badly behaved , from outside UK I took my family for a weekend away , my children were scared, so was my wife. We told staff about this but they seemed uninterested.
