Mississippi Petrified Forest

My friend and I visited here yesterday, Saturday Feb 8. Was a gorgeous day out and perfect weather for the forest. The gift shop was very nice to look at. The trail itself was very beautiful and well maintained. There are parts that someone, that cant get around well, may not be able to do but there is a bypass that stays on the sidewalk portion of the trail. The pamphlet was informative and the trail was like journeying back in time. Would definitely go there again one day.
