Reviewed By ArefMerhiIt was my first time to Malaysia so I cannot rate this properly. Anyway. The room was not spectacularly clean. Reception was a little sharp with us. Breakfast was good. Good bed, good shower. Location is amazing. Everything is near by. Its cool!

Fresh linen and towels are of course provided. We offer complimentary delicious hearty breakfast and free flow of selected coffee and tea. In addition to that we make it convenient for you by providing complimentary airport pick up or pick up from the bus station Lahad Datu. Laundry service is provided at an extra charge. We could prepare local dinner during your stay with us at additional charge. Our aim is to deliver quality in both the food we serve and ambience. Please let us know upon your booking if you wish for us to prepare dinner during your stay. Book early to avoid dissapointments. Please note that our place is not in town. Which means it is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. However, It takes about 15 to 20 minutes walk to town or we can arrange to call for a taxi service. We are close to the airport and national park main offices such as Danum Valley and Tabin. We take pride at entertaining our guests and in line with our main tour business we would be happy to provide travel advice on Sabah during your stay with us.

Reviewed By faby777After months of isolations due to the MCO we decided to take a trip to Sabah with a stop in Lahad before moving to Danum Valley. Ithisa Simon and the 2 little girls are simply amazing. We were welcomed like their family members. We travelled with our 1 year old son and tons of toys were ready for him. ithisa is a super chef who cooked for us a delicious Laxas Johor served in a romantic set in the private garden. The room is nice, clean and very comfortable. Definitively a place to stop before moving to the Valley

Need alot of improvement

As showed in agoda the original price for the room is RM140++ after discount only RM60++, but the condition of the room very bad. First they gave us a room without window and the room is smelly and we killed a cockroach. =.=" The worst is blackout when we try to on the TV. Then we decided to upgrade the room by paying additional RM33 for a "better" room with window. But... 1. Only 2 TV channels available 2. 4 sockets but only 2 can be use 3. No hot water for shower 4. No kettle to boil water 5. No toilet tissue, nothing only shower soap given 6. Bed sheet condition feel like dirty I just doubt that would the room be the same "good" condition without discount?? If yes, means no more stay in future.. If no, means discounted price serves with discounted services...

Reviewed By Emily NIt was a pretty awful place to stay. There was no hot water, and when I tried to call the reception to let them know, the phone did not work. After having a cold shower, I went to the hotel counter to ask, and the staff were pretty nonchalant about it, saying that certain rooms simply didn't have hot water. The room is dirty; the furnishings are stained and old-looking. The television didn't work too - didn't bother asking the staff for help, because it would probably have meant another meaningless trip to the reception counter. I would certainly never opt to stay at this hotel again if I had a choice.
