The Cordial Bar

Open from 3pm daily, below street-level in the Mill’s old machine-room is The Cordial Bar. A wine bar named in honour of our founder’s 1800’s enterprises in viticulture, aerated waters and cordials, this is also a favoured place for locals to end their day. A share-plate menu complements the stunning range of wines and craft beers from the Great Southern region.

Windrush Wines

Windrush is a small winery just outside of Mt Barker in WA. We were greeted warmly by John, served delicious wines and a beautiful lunch. The location is beautiful, the food and wines really good. Loved the pear tart especially!! John took the time to explain his wine making process and plans for his land. And we had the entertainment of watching many guinea fowls cavort through the vines and garden while sipping. If in the area a don’t miss a stop here!
