Rainforest Adventures

Our visitors will enjoy the most complete experience possible, as they will literally fly through the forest, viewing the sub canopy (middle part of the forest), the upper canopy and its hanging Gardens. Tram guests will discover plants and forms of life that are usually hidden in the forest treetops, an unknown world of incredible beauty and an extraordinary biological diversity. Complementing the Gondola experience, participants will be taken on a nature walk and enjoy an informational video. All visitors will be able to see life as it develops in the canopy for the first time, while experts will discover new things about the canopy’s natural history.

We rode the aerial tram as part of a day tour. It was wonderful! You ride high up within the rain forest and see so much vegetation, birds, butterflies, and other things you wouldn't notice walking. Our guide was very knowledgeable and I feel I learned so much. It started to rain during our ride-- but we were covered within the tram - so it was actually quite cozy and the sound within the forest was serene.

Frogs Heaven

El mejor lugar para ver vida silvestre tanto como aves, ranas y algunos mamiferos! Especial para familias!!! Precio especial si vienen de parte de trip advisor!

We can highly recommend Jose’s tour of his property. On the tour you will see birds, sloths and frogs and will learn how they all relate to the plants in their environment. But more important - you will learn Jose’s story and his family’s story of the property- jose has done an amazing job of creating a small wildlife corridor on his property. His family were farmers but due to economic conditions and jose’s biology degree have been able to create a small eco paradise. When you pay your $25 - you know it is not going to a large eco tourism corporation. Instead you are helping a Costa Rican family live their dream.

La Danta Salvaje

I would recommend everyone that´s spending some time in Costa Rica to do this 4-day trip! It will take you trough some seriously beautiful nature, following small paths up and down hills, through rivers, giving you a taste of the amazing rainforest! David, that owns the reserve and the lovely rustic wooden house that you will spend 3 nights in, will take well care of you and make sure you have a good time! The very knowledgable and friendly bilingual guide will tell you all about the plants and nature. The costa rican family Bernardo, Lidieth and their son Christian helps David running the place, they are very sweet and they will treat you with some really good food at night and good breakfasts! This was definately one of the best experiences I had in Costa Rica! If you have the time, you should go for it! Great and lovely people, crazy beautiful nature and the tranquility of the forest will leave you with longlasting memories!

Blue Day Family Club

We had a great day riding horses and enjoying a quick swim at a secluded waterfall. The guides were great, and they provided a nice lunch after our tour. They offered zip lining, we chose not to participate on this trip. I would return for sure!
