Life in Reta couldn't be much more different to Buenos Aires. I think there are maybe 150 houses here,2 bowling alleys, 2 meat shops, 2 vegetable shops, 1 supermarket, a couple of places to eat out, its own radio station, etc etc etc you get the picture.
It has a beautiful wild beach with great dunes and some places to hire beach equipment, and grab a drink. But the beach is wide, great waves and stunningly pretty.
Getting here is 10 hour bus ride from BA direct in the summer, or a ride to Tres Arroyos and.small bus from there.
Reta is the perfect place to spend a couple of weeks going back to basics, enjoying peoples company, eating and sleeping well, going to know nature and relax.
I think I must have been one of the few foreigners to have ever come here and I enjoyed every minute.

El lugar es lindo para la foto. El ligar emblematico de la ciudad. Una lastima que este tan venido abajo y que no te dejen subir porque no pueden conseguir un seguro, segun nos informo una persoba que trabajaba en el lugar

Hace 35 años que voy a Claromecó y me da muchísima pena que año a año solamente veo peor al Vivero Forestal.
Entre los incendios y la desidia de los conductores de fourtracks que se creen que pueden ir por cualquier parte deteriorando el ambiente, un desastre!!
Un sitio donde poder disfrutar de una tarde cuando el viento no permite disfrutar con comodidad la playa. Este febrero directamente no se podía transitar por un accidente según me comentaron. Una verdadera lástima!!!

Este paseo es hermoso y se puede hacer tanto en auto, caminando o en bici. Son 7 paradas (una por cada cascada) con paisajes muy lindos. Se pueden ver muchas aves.
