Located in a hilly area surrounded by an olive grove and surrounded by vineyards. Swimming pool with large solarium and sunbeds. Is 15/25 minutes from the beaches of Alba Adriatica, San Benedetto del Tronto and the town of Ascoli piceno and Teramo. Prices inclusive of breakfast sweet and salty.

Reviewed By Bethan35Found this gem by chance. Beautiful tranquil setting. Lovely clean pool. Well kept gardens and very comfortable rooms with air con. Good nights sleep. Breakfast interesting ranging from eggs from their own chickens, delicious cheese, tomato,bread and olive oil, fresh brioches.,nuts and chocolate. Yummy. Overlooked by vineyard of local trebbiano grapes. Extremely reasonable rates and Mimi the owner was friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Highly recommended. And no other english in sight. Whats not to like.?

Beautifully restored 17th century villa situated on a hill 15 km from the sea and the mountains. Set within 17 hectares of land, with orchards which produce fruit, olives, nuts and vegetables - a reminder of a time when people lived off the land. The house produce is available for sale. We have a restaurant, rooms with bathroom and mini apartments available with bed and breakfast or half board.The spacious garden is tended with great care and is rich with flowers, fragrant plants and fruit.
Charming experience
Reviewed By Eleonore SOur small family of three spent one night at this charming agriturismo. Our room was small and the stairs a bit challenging if you have a lot of luggage but it was clean and fit the purpose perfectly. The owners and all the staff were very accommodating and gave us the best of service, the view was breathtaking and the pool magnificent. Of course the local food and wines were tasty.

Reviewed By Chocolate74We stayed with my brother and 2 young teenagers for 1 night It was the cheapest of all places we stayed at on our 3 week road trip but by far the best - lovely service provided by Emidio Pepes granddaughter whose English is perfect - beautiful home with a real eye for cozy decorations: flowers on covered verandah, nice furniture in the gardens etc - amazing salt water pool - beautiful views over the valleys - you get a feel of staying with an Italian family with the founder walking around and nonna and all the kids. A really family affair - breakfast is better than your normal basic Italian affair. Yummy bread/ fruit etc - because of Covid, the nonna is not cooking but a 15 min nice walk will take you to the village. Our meal at Sosta was great I would love to stay again

Original barrel- house located in the peaceful and calm countryside. Two wooden-barrel a are avaliable. If you are tired of the hustle and bustle of the city you must visit us in the Abruzzo Region. We are situated in a strategic position. It takes only 10 minutes to reach the Adriatic Sea and less than 20 minutes to reach the mountain. In our property there is a spendid lake, where you can go fishing or simply take a walk. You can also harvest early fruit and vegetables from our organic vegetable garden.
Amazing place and amazing people: the True Italian hospitality
Reviewed By Ramazotti2014With our Two kids 4 and 6 Years, we did really enjoyed two weeks stay in la Compagna d'Abruzzo. The vineyard fields, the olives, all the Italian summer fruits and the Silence of Nature makes you forget all your daily stress and reset your life and soul.We normally had to share the apartment with other people, but we were lucky to be the only guests during those two weeks. Having your car with you is a must in order to be able to access to the beach in Villa Rosa (15 minutes amazing drive), restaurants, shopping areas. Some small villages with great view are also very close like Colonnella. The apartment facilities are all what you need for your holiday: simple, clean spacious and if you need anything just ask: Gaia, Sveva and the mother are very kind people and make you feel at home. Gaia the smiling face, is amazing and very flexible and always willing to help. I would like really to thank her for all what she did for us and we promise to see you again. I am not going to write more, I will just let you discover the place by your own. Very recommended for family with kids Best regards from Switzerland Ramzi and Family
