Reviewed By TravelMXNNice Hotel, carpet is old but room was big and comfy (Suite, 1 King Bed). Excellent service from valet to check in. Breakfast was good, plenty of options. Nice view of the Popocatepetl. Will stay there again.

Reviewed By ChristianR2291I have the best experience staying in this beautiful hotel. However the costumer service was incredible, friendly and professional staff. I’d give them more starts than 5 if I could. Of course I’d back again.

Reviewed By glendas729Nos quedamos 3 noches, 4 adultos. - La habitación que nos asignaron decía “2 camas queen” y en realidad son 2 camas matrimoniales por lo que fué sumamente incómodo. - La alberca está descuidada y no está climatizada. - La limpieza en las habitaciones a penas y existe. Solo se tienden camas y se doblan las toallas. NO lavan el baño, no cambian toallas, ni siquiera barren o trapean ni tiran la basura - No hay servicio de comida ni bebidas - Si hay estacionamiento gratuito con valet o autoservicio - Recepción 24 horas - Solo entregan una llave por habitación Fuimos a conocer Puebla y considero que está retirado del centro turístico, museos y atracciones. Quizá esté bien si vas de business o de entrada por salida.
