Bride & Groom

I stayed here the night before my Wedding and the following night & they were amazing to us. When I booked the room I made a mistake and Michelle fix it straight away saving me lots of stress. Morning of my wedding they helped my Hairdresser & Family members to the room. They allowed me to have breakfast with additional family and they made us feel very welcome and made the 2days special. They are a great team & the food is lovely. Thank you all! Regards Mr & Mrs Davison ☺️

Super dog friendly & great value

Reviewed By 562margief

We stayed with our dog recently en route to the ferry. This hotel is super dog friendly. Doggy duvet on the bed , treats, poo bags and bowls in the room. The rooms are large and well appointed. We opted for DBB and the food was excellent. Staff where very friendly and helpful. Yes some areas may benefit from a touch up but you would hardly notice. There is a lovely garden and outside seating area for he bar. The hotel offered good value for money with the DBB option and we wouldn't hesitate to book again. There wasn't too much in St Asaph that would be open mid week but we did find a great dog friendly pub, The New Inn

Excellent spa experience

Reviewed By kaguy

We stayed here for my 50th birthday with 7 friends/family. From start to finish I cannot fault the place. We were made to feel welcome straight away and shown to our tables for lunch, which was gorgeous and plentiful. We were then explained the process of our treatments and shown where the pool, changing rooms etc was. The hot stones treatment was to die for, highly recommend. As part of our package we were given platters of fresh fruit whilst enjoying the pool area. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable. The evening meal was absolutely gorgeous and not one of us had a bad meal. The burger is huge. Breakfast in the morning was full cooked breakfast and help yourself to tea/coffee/juice as well as cereals and fruit. Our only issue we had was our room door didn’t lock, even though we pulled it too very hard that you couldn’t open, but came back bit later and it was open. We were concerned but then realised when we were in the room the door unlocked itself time and time again,so think it’s a mechanical issue and made staff aware following morning. All in all I would highly recommend the spa, restaurant, bar and all of the staff were lovely, helpful and friendly.

The Farmers Arms

Lovely stay - we'll be back!

Reviewed By Micaela H

Elaine & Pete are just delightful and made us feel very welcome. Our room and bathroom were both spotlessly clean, and furnished very considerately. A lovely quiet location but so easy from the A55. All mod cons - fridge in the room with fresh milk (much appreciated), Broadband - and even Netflix! Comfortable, cosy bar for drinks and home-cooked dinner. Limited choice, but good food - no complaints from us. Breakfast was excellent too, eggs provided by the fine chickens in the back garden.
