The gym is a scam, leaking sink in the room and no restaurant
Reviewed By saverioc396I chose this hotel because they claim that there is a gym in the building next to it which can be used by all guests of the hotel. Instead this is not entirely true because the gym can only be used by hotel guests in the evening and ONLY from Monday to Friday, it cannot be used during week end. The fact that they don’t clearly say this is really not correct, because there are people choosing this hotel right because of the gym. I visited the hotel on a Saturday and I discovered that I had to pay to use the gym. The hotel receptionist told me that the entrance fee would just be 10€ but then when I went to the gym I had to pay 20€ instead. And the gym is terrible, there are just a few dumbbells and crossfit racks and nothing else. My experience at the hotel also wasn’t good, the sink in the toilet of my room was leaking and therefore I couldn’t use it. And the hotel has no restaurant. So if you arrive at dinner time then you will have to take a car and drive to a restaurant (there is no restaurant in walking distance from the hotel). The gym they advertise is basically a scam and this hotel isn’t good. Just don’t choose this hotel.

The host Sylvia is a very friendly lady and does her job with a lot of love and passion. We felt at home. So glad we found this place !!!!

Reviewed By under100mlsAfter being collected from the airport the manager was there to meet us and bring in the bags, the staff could not have been more accommodating. The hotel is on the outskirts of Bergamo but do not let this put you off. While asking about transport into town we were provided with maps, travel tickets and easy directions, as well as a lift to the train station, for a small fee, where we easily caught the bus to the upper town. I would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to see the sights of the area, we will definitely be making a return journey.

Reviewed By GoliRemMy husband and I stayed at this beautiful place last night and we were super happy with everything! The beautiful house is located on the hills of Mozzo with a nice green garden and a view of wine yards. The owner is super friendly and makes sure you have a very good stay! It feels like you are staying with an uncle! The loft is super, with everything you would need and very clean! We asked the owner to have breakfast and he made the best breakfast, brining it to our room! We will definitely come back and highly recommend it!
