Beautiful location, flowers, nature smells really good, fresh air, sounds of birdsong; even rainy days are charming. Peaceful. Local name: 西双版纳安纳塔拉度假酒店 Local address: 666303 云南省 勐腊县 勐仑镇 Staff friendly, well presented, hardworking, smiley & helpful. Restaurants onsite offer a variety of local, Asian & western dishes. The hotel Spa offers an excellent service, very relaxing. Pool is good, hot & cold areas. Hot chocolate afterwards on the terrace was very much appreciated. Walking (5 minutes) from Botanical Gardens West Gate. Hired a taxi for between 500 - 700 RMB per day to visit local sites.

Wonderful hotel with animals and biofarm
Reviewed By D0rHaThis was the most amazing hotel of my life. We visited the place late December 2019 early January 2020, we spent there 4 days. Living in Shanghai, we wanted to escape from the big cities and crowds, we were looking for a place, that is far away from everything, silent, there are starts, no tourists, no usual tourist activities, but a 6 yo child can enjoy just being in the hotel - well, we got it: - there are separate bungalows and also rooms in houses - a huge garden with a lot of palm trees - wonderful home made food, freshly made every day 3 times from the hotel’s own bio farm - there are several kinds of farm and other animals - my daughter made friend with the 2 huge dogs of the farm (usually the dogs are separated from the guests, but the kid made friend with the staff, so she was allowed to go with them when they walked and fed the dogs) - very friendly staff - swimming pool (I was swimming at Christmas) - you can rent a bike and bike a bit around (Luang Prabang is closer than Jinghong, the main city of Xishuangbanna), but we simply did not even want to leave the hotel area There was a very old lady, who came up to us to talk every day. She did not mind that we could hardly understand her. She was 80+ and spoke Shanghainese.... If you are looking for a vibrant tourist attraction, party life, nightlife or so, do not come here. But from us a huge thank you for the time we could spend there, a forever memory. We wanted to go back this year, but can't, because of the virus....

Good rest stop and good quality hotel
Reviewed By MJS2210Stayed here one night on the way back to Thailand from a 23 day motorcycle ride. Good hotel. 4 star for sure. Everything worked. Staff good and helpful. Parking was good and safe for the bikes. Breakfast was a bit mediocre but considering we were just eating and getting on our bikes to ride off it was ok. There is a whole range of restaurants around the hotel so finding food isn't hard and also some pubs and bars. There is a town square not far away and so can see the community gathering there in the evening. Overall a good place to stop.

Clean, new, some minor issues
Reviewed By JlsouchiWe spent a couple of night in this hotel. Hotel seems to be recent. Rooms are large and clean with nice showers. Staff doesn’t speak English so it is almost impossible to get any issue fixed. Air. Conditioning was not working properly as well as fridge and safe but we never succeeded to get it fixed. Breakfast is Chinese style but you can get fried eggs or toasts from staff.
