Lovely setting & friendly people
Reviewed By Joe MI stayed here on my way from Tarangire National Park to Dodoma. Beautiful gardens and very friendly staff. The food was good and it was an interesting building. There is a pool in the area. I highly recommend this place .

Reviewed By Anastasiia_LoiferОстанавливались тут на одну ночь во время сафари. Удивительно, как посреди абсолютно дикой природы может быть такое чудесное место! Просторный красивый лодж с бассейном. Отличный ужин с изысканными блюдами (вегетарианская брускетта - просто вкуснота!). Очень приятное обслуживание. Конечно, с непривычки такая близость к природе может пугать, но кроме лягушки никаких живностей не встретили. Также неожиданным является подача электричества по часам; в лодже не было переходника для розетки (может, его можно было взять на ресепшн, мы не спрашивали).

A GOOD EXPERIENCE
Reviewed By DorcasJeanI had three night stay at Mazubu Grand Hotel. Good hotel with value for money go for Ac rooms to get good beds, nice peaceful environment with very helpful staff server a good complimentary breakfast and are flexible in check in and out timings.

Reviewed By ROD404524I regret to say that I have very bad experiences related to staying in a hotel. Above all Mrs. Manager, with whom I agreed to a certain rate because I intended to stay there for several months. After two weeks, when I wanted to pay my bills for food, it turned out that Mrs. Manager cheated me and told me to pay normal rates. Not only that, she manipulated her employees and forced her to lie. For a few days I demanded contact with the director or the owner of the hotel and she would stop me and would not even give a phone number to these people. In addition, I gave white branded clothes that were dyed in blue - Mrs. Manager did not even offer a gratuity, and as a result she said that she did not see them before washing, so she stated that I was lying, while the employees knew perfectly well that I was telling the truth. Instead of taking care of employees' training and guarding the interests of the hotel, Ms. Manager flirted with clients every day - including me. I have never encountered such a barrack of competence and disregard for guests as well as hypocrisy and lies. I sincerely advise you, especially since there are several other hotels nearby with very competitive prices and a much more pleasant atmosphere.
